China enterprises as a whole are the beneficiaries of globalization and reform and opening up. In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, especially since China joined the WTO, the pace of reform and opening up of Chinese enterprises has been accelerated, and the scope, scale and degree of opening up have never been seen before. Domestic industries participate in the global economic division and become an important part of the world economy, and China has also become an important member of the international system. However, in the flat world of globalization, most of the products made in China are products of processing trade, many of which depend on the advantages of cheap labor. This shows that the industrial structure of China needs to be upgraded. If its comparative advantage can be at the high end of the division of labor, it can become the real beneficiary of globalization.
