1. Copy less. If it is copied, it must be referenced. The format of the quotation should conform to the meeting specifications (see your department's requirements for details).

2. Pay attention to grammar mistakes, otherwise it will give people a sense of imprecision. Either find a native English speaker or use the word "easy to change". Several international students here are doing these two things together.

If possible, the outline should be shown to the tutor first.
