This is one of the later regional printing houses. Established in 1947, this printing factory was one of the largest in Hebei province at that time. During the War of Liberation, the factory printed a large number of important documents, periodicals, books and slogans for the Central Military Commission, Hebei Military Region, Hebei Provincial Government, Handan Municipal Committee and other organs, troops and localities. Xinhua Printing Factory has become an important cultural industry enterprise in Handan, undertaking a large number of printing, binding, publishing, advertising and other businesses.
