First of all, I found many problems in this design that have not appeared before. For example, there are many kinds of pumps, and their rated power should be calculated according to the needs, and their functions and functions should be investigated in the drawings. At the same time, we choose contactors, relays, solenoid valves, fuses, thermal relays, indicator lights, signal lights, switches, circuit breakers, pressure relays, liquid level relays, DC power supply devices, conductivity meters, etc. It needs to be screened and further considered before it can be selected. So many of them are not found in our textbooks at ordinary times, and we need to consult a lot of materials, but the materials are not necessarily complete. It also needs the participation and guidance of teachers, and finally it can be found, because each choice is different in application, and it is selected according to different functions and targeted. At the same time, I also learned how to grab pictures with QQ. We didn't grasp it at first, and it looked messy. After the teacher's guidance, I trimmed them and learned to deal with the waste edges, which looked much cleaner. The most important thing is how to deal with hyperlinks in the directory. I didn't know at first that the directory was generated automatically. I manually enter the directory, which is not only invalid, but also messy. After the teacher's in-depth guidance, I finally learned how to automatically generate the directory. All these have made me make continuous progress in my study.

Secondly, there are many problems in the process of drawing with CAD. In the previous CAD class, we only knew that we could finish the task by drawing a complete picture within the scope of drawing, so we followed Ke Ben's painting and ignored the scale design. As a result, the picture drawn is ugly, because the printing needs are not taken into account, the letters and lines are too close together, and the proportion of nodes and lines is asymmetric. The most important thing is that the distance between connecting lines is too large and the period is too small. And I know that with the rapid development of social economy, the influence of water on people's life and production is deepening day by day, and people's requirements for water quality and quantity are also increasing. Applying advanced automation technology and control technology to water supply has become a new requirement for water supply. The electrical control system of medical purified water treatment integrates factory power supply and programmable control technology. The system can improve the purity of water system and facilitate medical treatment; At the same time, the system has good energy saving, which is particularly important today when water quality is in short supply. This design adopts PLC-controlled water treatment system, which is logically controlled by PLC. After calculation, the sewage eventually turned into medical pure water.

Only infiltration technology is used in the design, and there are few relevant materials in the usual textbooks. Through the information provided by teachers and the information collected on the Internet and in libraries, we know the principle, salt production characteristics and application scope of reverse osmosis, and know its indispensability in water treatment. The principle of reverse osmosis is a set of water treatment system organized around reverse osmosis membrane. A complete reverse osmosis system consists of pretreatment part, reverse osmosis host, post-treatment part and system cleaning part. It plays an important role in the flow chart of water treatment process. Water can only be used for medical purposes after it has been infiltrated twice. All these tell us to pay attention to the combination of theory and practice. Book knowledge is the theoretical basis, and laying a good foundation is the basic condition for doing a good job. But practical experience is also very important. Theory is the foundation of practice, and at the same time, hands-on practice can enrich theory, and the two complement each other. There is a lot of basic knowledge in design that we haven't understood, which is the result of lack of practical experience. This requires us to master some relevant information and conventional knowledge in order to find and solve problems in time in future applications.

This graduation project not only improved the relationship between our classmates, but also made me learn a lot from them. There will always be problems in the design process. When I can't solve them, I will always ask other students, and they will patiently give me answers. If some problems are not handled well, we will also discuss with each other and actively participate in the discussion to make the problems gradually clear. The beginning is to write the opening report. Under the guidance of the instructor, I filled out my graduation project step by step through the template given by the teacher. In addition, I also collected relevant academic papers, core journals, books and so on. Write papers through the internet and libraries. After writing for two weeks, I finally finished the opening report.

Next, according to the arrangement of graduation design task book, I began to draw drawings. According to the requirements of the Student Affairs Office, I need to draw six drawings. Including four machine paintings and four hand-drawn paintings. When I first started painting, I had to review what I said before about painting, so that I could work better. In addition, according to the relevant specifications provided by the teacher, I found out the points for attention in drawing and how to really draw architectural drawings. On the basis of the preliminary work in place, the drawing will progress faster after it starts. * * * After two weeks, I finished drawing.

According to the arrangement of the task book, after reading the drawings and drawing them, the next work is the calculation of engineering quantity and computer calculation. This is the key project of the whole graduation project, because it is the concentrated expression of our professional knowledge. Before doing this work, we must read the book "Engineering Cost" again, and have a comprehensive understanding of the valuation norms and how to correctly calculate the engineering quantity. In the process of calculation, Mr. Wang often comes to our classroom for guidance, which can answer our questions in time and lay the foundation for our calculation work. In addition, when calculating steel bars, we need some calculation rules and some atlases, and Mr. Wang also provides them to us as much as possible, so that we can smoothly carry out the graduation design. In the process of calculating the package price by computer, Mr. Wang provided us with a set of pricing standards for decoration projects in Jiangsu Province, which solved many problems for us.

After the calculation of engineering quantity is completed, the next work is to prepare the construction organization design, commercial bid and technical bid. Some of my main steps are modified according to some templates. Some data needed are some data tables generated by arbitrage.

The final work is foreign language translation and drawing output. I found an academic paper online and then translated it with translation software.

After all the above work is done, I will wait for the teacher's approval, and then modify it myself until I meet the teacher's requirements. This is a continuous reciprocating process.

However, there are also corresponding disadvantages: the clamping force needs to be coordinated by experience and control, otherwise either the clamping force is too large, which will cause local deformation of the box, or the clamping force is too small, which will lead to instability and inaccuracy of the workpiece. Both of these conditions will affect the machining accuracy and quality. When tightening the pressure plate, force must be exerted at the same time to ensure the uniform stress on the workpiece and reliable clamping. In addition, the significance is also significant:

In this graduation project, we can comprehensively use the knowledge of courses such as NC machine tool processing and machine tool manufacturing technology, and the basic knowledge of courses such as machine tool fixture and NC programming and mechanical manufacturing technology, correctly analyze the positioning of parts processing, and reasonably work out the problems such as clamping, process route and NC programming, so as to ensure the accuracy and quality, productivity and economy of parts processing.
