Medicine, benevolence. Doctors are kind.

Studying medicine is extensive and profound. There are a vast number of medical books, and although scholars read widely, they can't cover everything. What is taught in the school room, what the teacher says and what is taught in the book will make one hundred people understand. People who are good at learning are kind-hearted, smart and diligent. When you encounter a serious problem, your heart will suddenly jump and your mind will panic. There is no good way to treat it. Although the "thousand women" are in the chest and the "materia medica" is in hand, the prescription can't be issued and the good medicine can't be used. I will try my best to study hard and accumulate day and night for many years, so I have the new medical theory and the amazing talent of medical college!

However, in the Spring and Autumn Period, there was a division between Huang and Huang, and five movements and six qi were in the sky. Looking at the color and pulse to spy on people, the skill is like a fairy. Although doctors are like a cloud, there are many outsiders in the classroom, and few people take sacred secrets. The ancients said: if you are not a good doctor, you are a good doctor. Oh! Good doctors are hard to find!

A fool inherits his family's learning and is taught by his father. He recites Fu of Medicinal Nature, Four-character Pulse Tactics of New Works, Pulse Studies on the Lake, Song of the Times of Garden Edition and Eight Views of New Prescriptions by Jingyue. It's ridiculous to be young, stupid, shallow, and ignorant. 1977 Studied in Chengdu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have studied both Chinese and western medicine and recited it when I was young. Later, he worked in the First People's Hospital of the city (the third ward), engaged in the treatment of respiratory diseases, as well as cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and other system diseases. At this time, fools specialize in the clinical practice of western medicine, and the cause of Chinese medicine is often left behind.

However, people's livelihood is sick, both in China and the West, and there are difficult times. I have used Chinese medicine to successfully rescue bronchiectasis, massive hemoptysis, gastric mucosal prolapse, uremia, refractory heart failure, myocarditis, angina pectoris, fast-slow syndrome and other critical diseases (if western medicine is effective, it is not foolish to apply Chinese medicine again). Although I have tried, it is still difficult to see the door of Chinese medicine.

In the 1990s, Yu was transferred to the Department of Sports Medicine of Chengdu Institute of Physical Education to teach. After going to school, I devoted myself to studying the methods of treating diseases with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and then I specialized in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, with medical records as evidence.

One day, I came to the clinic in my seventies and asked about my illness, but I reached out and showed my wrist, but turned a deaf ear. After repeated questioning, he disdained to watch: ancient doctors diagnosed diseases and knew where patients were. I suddenly heard his words, and my face turned red, and I felt ashamed, as if I were scolding him: It's shameful to be a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine! Ashamed, more surprised. After the diagnosis, I watched Hu Ling Pulse and New Four-character Pulse Prescription again, and explored the patient's pulse condition for a long time. I still have no idea about pulse-taking to solve the disease, but I persevere and indulge in the exploration of pulse conditions.

Suddenly one day, a 37-year-old woman came to see a doctor, complaining of abdominal distension and pain before menstruation, less menstrual flow, dark color, smooth bleeding and severe pain when dripping blood. Theoretically, this is the stagnation of liver qi, which leads to blood stasis. Qi stagnation leads to pulse string, and blood stasis leads to pulse astringency. Its pulse position should be attributed to left Guan, and fools carefully ponder the feeling of left Guan's string astringency. Since then, women have come to the clinic, and those who have been left out of the string have boldly deduced and tried again and again. Suddenly, if you see the sun through the clouds, it seems that 28 pulses are clearly visible in your mind!

From then on, I foolishly thought that Chinese medicine had five physiological systems, centered on the five internal organs, corresponding to them, namely, fu organs, body, body, orifices and fluids, which the ancients had not yet classified. For example, where are the pulse positions of the head, neck and upper limbs? Where are the pulse conditions of the waist and lower limbs? Where are the pulse positions of uterus, ovary and prostate? After more than ten years of hard exploration, the whole body viscera, tissues and organs are classified into pulse position one by one, which greatly enriches the clinical application scope of pulse science.

There are several ways for fools to diagnose diseases: the flexible application of "looking, smelling, asking and feeling" in traditional Chinese medicine, but looking at the pulse is rare. Or talk about the pulse first; Or listen to the patient's statement first and then pulse-taking to supplement the unfinished condition; Or the combination of pulse diagnosis and western medicine auxiliary examination to determine the diagnosis. Whether it is a common disease, a difficult disease or a critical disease, it is often effective to treat it with pulse diagnosis and syndrome differentiation.

Stupid and numb, like a blind man who has been exploring the road of Chinese medicine for nearly 20 years, he dared to speak at first, but he dared not speak when he entered the room. Therefore, the idiot added a subtitle cloud to pulse science: it will take twenty years to become a doctor. If everyone becomes a doctor in 20 years, why don't you rush to become an expert? It is a true portrayal of the book's medical experience, and the title is just self-deprecating.

My book is hard to avoid, but it is readable:

Firstly, the three nine phases are increased to three fifteen phases, and the normal pulse position and abnormal pulse position are defined, so that the pulse condition contains more disease pulses and is convenient for disease analysis.

The tissues and organs of the five internal organs system are divided into pulse positions, which expands the scope of pulse diagnosis.

Explain the characteristics of each pulse clearly, so that the unspeakable pulse can only be understood.

Combine the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine with pulse condition closely, and analyze pulse condition and condition.

The diagnosis of pulse condition is unified with that of western medicine to make the diagnosis of disease more accurate.

……

Stupid thinking: Based on the theoretical research of pulse science and combined with pulse meter, it can become a widely used diagnostic instrument (recording pulse curve, analyzing curve data, guiding clinical diagnosis and retaining pulse data). For example, the planning textbook Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (95th edition) gives pulse charts such as floating, sinking, delay, number, complexity, fineness, deficiency, excess, smoothness, astringency, dampness, knot, acceleration and generation, which is an important step in pulse modernization.

In my humble opinion: if it is in the second place in the right inch, a string pulse is detected on the pulse chart, and it is diagnosed as cervical spondylosis or neck-shoulder syndrome. Because it is a chronic disease, the patient just feels unwell, and there is no serious problem. If the pulse chart detects floating and thin veins in the first place at the same time, dialectical analysis shows that the first place is floating and thin, and the main dampness invades the neck and shoulders. This disease is caused by exogenous pathogens. At this time, the patient's neck and shoulders are sore and heavy, and even the symptoms such as finger numbness are obvious and must be cured. Bring the results of pulse chart analysis to doctors to provide scientific basis for their diagnosis and treatment, and the modernization of pulse science in traditional Chinese medicine will leap to the paper.

It is believed that pulse science not only provides doctors with reading materials for learning pulse science, but also provides basic theoretical and practical basis for the use and popularization of pulse diagnosis instrument!

It is hoped that the pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine will be born out of the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and become an independent subject, so that medical students and practitioners can really master and use it, rather than pretend to do so.

In my humble opinion, Chinese medicine is like a feast, and pulse science is one of the major dishes! I hope more people can taste its delicious food!

The success of this book, first of all, thanks to the previous leaders of our college, gave me a relaxed working, scientific research environment and picturesque campus life environment, so that my book can be written smoothly!

Thanks to the patients and friends who believe in my medical skills, they have provided me with the conditions to learn pulse science!

Thanks to the experts of the Editorial Committee of the Pulse Section of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Thanks to the previous editing experts of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Thanks to the friends who have made contributions to Fu Zi of Pulse Science!

I also want to thank my Chinese and foreign students, who are diligent and eager to learn, and urge me to explore and study pulse science!

Fools know that there is no end to medical science, and there are experts in pulse science. Sincerely welcome colleagues at home and abroad to learn pulse skills with me and make them carry forward! Benefit the people! If so, Chinese medicine is very lucky! What a fool!
