First, the proposition? First of all, I want to explain that I am an economic worker, not a political worker, so I chose the topic that honesty is the foundation of an enterprise because I have personal work experience. I graduated from Tianjin Institute of Textile Industry, 1987. At that time, I was assigned by the state to be a technician in Shaoxing New Dyeing and Weaving Factory. After working for half a year, the director sent me to Shanghai Science and Technology Cadre College to study international trade and English for one year, and then worked as a foreign trade salesman in the enterprise. From now on, I will take this sentence as my motto in life and win space and honor for enterprises to expand their foreign trade business.
1996, due to the changes in the products and business direction of the newly-built dyeing and weaving factory, in order to maintain this foreign trade advantage, I established Shaoxing Fuqing Hygienic Products Co., Ltd. with Australia Mandy Medical Dressing Co., Ltd. as the chairman and general manager of the company. Since then, I have continued this concept of "honesty and trustworthiness", from organizing the export of foreign trade products with foreign trade orders to the integration of production and foreign trade, from the simple production of "medical dressings" to "medical dressings" Foreign trade enterprises have grown to the scale of four industrial companies and one operating company (one of which is located in Jiangxi). 20 1 1 Shaoxing four companies achieved a total sales of 272 million yuan and earned foreign exchange of 39.5 million US dollars through export. Only by taking honesty as the foundation of an enterprise can an enterprise base itself on and contribute to society. Therefore, adhering to the principle of good faith is the cultivation of personal morality and the promotion of corporate reputation.
2. Norms are the support of honesty. So, as an enterprise, how to achieve and ensure the integrity in place? The author thinks that the most basic method is to pay attention to the management principle that "norms are the support of honesty". First of all, as the leader and leading group of an enterprise, there must be norms of integrity; Secondly, if an enterprise wants to be honest, it is necessary to build an honest workforce; Third, we should attach importance to the software support of honest enterprises.
