She knew it herself, smiled and let go of her thoughts, and the baby was born. So if you work so hard, people will get sick, get old and ruin their lives at any time. Most people are nervous at any time and often stop breathing, which is ruining their lives.

If you want to practice meditation, you must empty your heart, listen to your breathing naturally and know that you are breathing at any time. And without help, I'm not nervous, and then my breathing stops slowly, which is in line with my idea. It's called monasticism and kung fu.

If this is the way to practice monasticism, of course you should specialize in it. The so-called single-minded, is to put everything down, like a monk, specializing in. But it is difficult to do it in the family; But there should also be a stage of specialization, and then come to work in the WTO. If you want to do things as usual in society, you must always find a short time, one day, two days, three days, or seven days to experiment at any time and slowly accumulate short-term experiments. When the breath slowly calms down, are there any ideas in the middle? Must be thoughtful. At this time, you will realize that life is a breath, an idea, and a "learning" that knows how to breathe and think. From this, we can also know that Lao Tzu's words, the so-called "Tao gives birth to one, two, three and everything", have three initial stages, one is idealism, the other is materialism and the other is the role of monism of mind and matter.

Calm down, listen to your breathing, and your thoughts are still turning. Don't be afraid, because you know you are thinking, your breath is moving, but the one behind you who can know is not moving. You will calm down if you catch the one who can know.

But when you calm down, you will find that there is something wrong with your health, alas! I feel uncomfortable here at the waist. Ouch! My leg hurts and my head is swollen. Just now, you talked about the truth that "the pain will not pass, and the general principle will not hurt". You have checked your health. If an absolutely healthy person opens his eyes, his whole body is light and refreshing, his thinking is clear and his memory is getting stronger and stronger; The analysis of wisdom is not to use the brain, but to enhance perception. Many books that I didn't understand at first glance, don't think much. I think it's the sixth consciousness, it's ordinary intelligence, and wisdom, which doesn't understand science at first, is wisdom. Now the term for translating western philosophy is intuition. Intuition is only the surface of wisdom, and there are things in the deep.

People have natural breathing. Once you sit down, you don't care about anything. Don't worry about the thickness of your breath, just listen to your own breath quietly. Listen, not with your ears, but naturally. Don't guide it, and don't refuse it. Listen slowly. Listen to it. Breathing is fun. It started short and grew slowly.

This is hard to understand. It is not easy to know unless you have played here. You'll realize it later. Breathing is empty, and the feeling of physiological reaction is more real and firm than breathing. Physical feelings are the root of our karma, which is easy to grasp. So, just listen to your breathing, don't care about your physical feelings, and don't control your breathing.

I said this, you test it yourself! Listen and do things at the same time, with your mind breathing, starting from your nostrils. It is equal to saying that the eyes look at the nose and the nose looks at the heart; This view is not an eye view, but a heartfelt view. If you practice like this, you will make rapid progress.

Know what you inhale, know what you exhale. Do you hear breathing now? Did you hear that? I can't hear you! Where can you hear me? Just a little feeling! In other words, we should always keep in harmony with the coming and going of this feeling, which is called practice and meditation. If you sit up and barely find a breathing fit, what is practice? Who are you? Just like I'm talking to you now, I know how I breathe. Like me, my feet are still jumping and my hands are still moving. You know how to inhale and exhale, and you know how to inhale and exhale. But don't use force, don't help, don't forget, and you have to pay attention.
