Introduction of Shiqian moss tea
Shiqian moss tea is a local variety cultivated and bred by local tea farmers of all ethnic groups in Shiqian County, Guizhou Province, China, and its mother tree belongs to the ancient tea tree series. It is one of the few excellent tea varieties in China. Its resistance, adaptability, yield and quality are superior to other varieties. But also has lasting chestnut fragrance, mellow taste, green and moist color, bright yellow-green soup color and fresh and even leaf color. After inspection by the Ministry of Agriculture, the hygienic index of pathogenic bacteria, the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues are all lower than the standards of the European Union and Japan. Tea is rich in aromatic substances, including zinc, selenium, potassium and other beneficial substances. Originally from Shiqian, this tea was introduced to eastern Guizhou, northern Guizhou and southeastern Guizhou. It is a strategic variety of characteristic tea industry in Shiqian County, Tongren Prefecture, Guizhou Province. It was once known as "the golden constant" and "the brand among brands".
