The May 12 Wenchuan earthquake of magnitude 8 shocked the world. Mianyang, Sichuan Province, has many natural and cultural tourism resources in the epicenter of China, and the Three Kingdoms is an important cultural site. Tourism has been hit hard by human culture and the natural landscape has been destroyed. Based on many research results of tourism crisis management, this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the impact of Wenchuan earthquake on Mianyang tourism, and puts forward some suggestions for the recovery of tourism after the disaster.
