Why are there two lines in the header?
1. Create a new word document and double-click the title.

2. Click the page layout, and then click the triangle below the page setup bar.

3. After entering, click on the layout, and then click on the border.

4. Enter the Border and Shading tab. Select, border. Click Apply to Paragraph in the lower right corner.
