(8) Graduate tutors who fail to pass the blind examination of their papers twice (in different sessions) are restricted from enrolling students within two years. If two people in a session are blindly examined as unqualified papers, their tutor qualifications will be cancelled. (9) If two graduate students in two disciplines are blindly judged as unqualified dissertations, the discipline shall give a warning, rectify and reduce the enrollment plan. V.
