And conduct quality interviews with tutors with low evaluation quality of dissertations in recent two years, and urge them to improve the quality of graduate dissertations under the guidance;

3. The degree office does not accept the blind evaluation of dissertations with confusing format and not conforming to the writing standards;

4. In order to ensure the quality of centralized defense, colleges should submit their dissertations to defense experts for review before defense; The number of respondents in each group shall not exceed 8 in half a day.
