How to align and typeset references
The typesetting of references in documents requires flexible numbering and tab stop functions, which can easily align typesetting. The specific operation steps are as follows

1, box selection content

After entering the document file, use the mouse box to select all the referenced contents.

2. Click the number.

Click Start in the menu bar above, and then click the numbering option in the paragraph ribbon.

Step 3 choose a style

Select the required typesetting style and return the text, and delete the redundant numbers in the original text.

4. Click the arrow

Check all the references again, and then click the arrow in the lower right corner of the paragraph ribbon.

5. Set the default tab stop

Click the tab stop option in the pop-up window to set the default tab stop to 2 characters.

6. Set the alignment mode

Set the alignment mode to left alignment and click OK to align the references.
