The difference between the intranet of Nanguang Campus and the extranet is that the intranet can access the digital library resources of the library, and my favorite periodical database must be used on the intranet. Moreover, the intranet can operate, renew and make an appointment in the personal account of the library.
When logging into the campus network in the dormitory, you need to plug the network cable into the intranet connector, and everyone has one.
With regard to the opening of the network, there are now telecom cable networks (which have been upgraded to 6M at present), mobile cable networks (which are said to have increased by 4M this year) and wireless networks (some classrooms and libraries have signal transmitters, and personally feel that the signal is unstable and the speed is 2M, but my sister in the business hall said that it has increased by 4M). When the external network is opened, it is handled in their respective business halls (both in the activity center), and when the internal network is opened, it is enough to recharge in the payment center (4 cents per hour).
Almost all my networks are opened and used at the same time. Except for the mobile cable network, I think it is not cost-effective, but the telecom network is the fastest and best. Sometimes classrooms and libraries use mobile wireless networks and mobile phones can also be connected, which is fast and saves traffic. Campus network is very inconvenient, but with database resources, I will bear it. . .
After living in Nanguang for almost three years, the whole network understands. I hope it helps. . .
