You can't. The seal of graduation thesis can only be the school seal, which proves the recognition of students' academic completion. The official seal of ordinary shops is not allowed to be stamped casually. The National Law on the Administration and Use of Official Seal has detailed punishment rules for illegal stamping, so it is not allowed to stamp the graduation thesis with the seal of ordinary shops.
