In the heat, I ushered in my first summer vacation as a college student. I enthusiastically signed up for the summer social practice activities organized by the department. In my opinion, in today's society, as a college student, unlike a middle school student, he pays more attention to cultivating students' practical ability. Today, with the emphasis on quality education, social practice has always been regarded by colleges and universities as an important way to cultivate outstanding talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor. Summer social practice is an extension of school education outside the classroom and an important means to promote the process of quality education. It helps contemporary college students to get in touch with and understand the society. At the same time, practice is also an effective way for college students to learn, use and exercise their talents, and it is also a good form for college students to serve the community and repay the society.

So for the same goal, the same belief, in order to improve themselves in social practice. Exercise yourself. I joined the ranks of summer social practice activities.

Although the internship month can't be said to be a hot summer, it can be said to be lucky, because I am one of the most common jobs for college students to work and study-tutoring. In the past year, I have been afraid to try. One of the reasons is that I always lack confidence in myself, don't believe in my own strength, and am always afraid of misleading others. The second reason is that parents have always been uneasy about studying abroad. So I dare not take the first step. Therefore, I can't let the opportunity slip away quietly this time, no matter how difficult it is, I will stick to it. Because I know this is a test, this is an experience, this is a pay, and I have no regrets about it.

In this short month, I hit a wall, tired and sweated, but I grew up. I help a junior high school student learn English. At first, I carefully prepared three sets of study plans, but after teaching the first class, my plan fell through. He has a poor English foundation, a small vocabulary and a poor grasp of basic sentence patterns. Most importantly, he is not interested in learning English. Therefore, I try to study English less. Children are learning and I am growing. Through social practice, I deeply studied and understood Theory of Three Represents, inherited and carried forward the glorious tradition of college students' courage to practice, and established and implemented Scientific Outlook on Development. With practical actions, it won the recognition and praise of the society, and also learned more practical problems and established a correct concept of success by entering the grassroots and citizens. As a mentor, there are joys and sorrows, and there are joys and sorrows. Maybe this is life. I don't know how many people have felt this way, but on the whole, this tutor life is an important step towards society in my life, which is worth remembering. Now that I think about it, after a month of tutoring, I learned the truth of life that I couldn't understand at school. I was deeply touched by this personal experience. This is not only a practice, but also a life experience, which is a valuable asset in my life. At the same time, in this social practice, I fully realized the ardent expectation of parents to "wish their children success" and their hardships.

In this learning process, I was affirmed by the parents of the students, and their support gave me great encouragement and support. At the same time, I also found my own shortcomings. Sometimes, when I get home after class, I will look for answers through different channels. In this process, I also learned a lot of knowledge that I have never been exposed to before, and I have a certain understanding and improvement of my own learning.

In social practice, while improving my practical ability, I also learned the skills of interpersonal communication and dealing with people. In the interaction between people, we should see our own value. People are often very persistent. However, if you only ask about planting and don't ask about harvest, then you will naturally get many friends. Treat friends, don't haggle over every ounce, understand and tolerate each other, don't force each other to pay the truth equal to yours, and know that giving is more enjoyable than receiving. No matter what you do, you must have initiative and enthusiasm, have confidence in success, learn to communicate with people around you, care for others and support others. Trust others.

Some people may say that I didn't make much money this summer, only more than 700 yuan, but in this realistic society, we know how to survive, know how to be grateful, and know how to repay our parents by thanking those who support and help you. I think this is the most important and worthy of our pursuit.

Although the summer vacation is only one month, during this period, it is sometimes really hard and humbled, but life has to go on, and we have to study, leave school and find a job ..... But let's experience the hard work, exercise our will and accumulate some social experience and work experience. These experiences are "intangible assets" owned by a college student, so they can be used as a bridge to the society in the future. Facing the increasingly severe employment situation and the ever-changing society, I think college students should change their ideas, not simply take summer jobs as a means to earn money or accumulate social experience, but more importantly, take the opportunity to cultivate their entrepreneurial and social practice abilities.
