I. Overview of International Business Schools
International Business School was established in 1997. There are 20 full-time teachers, including 7 professors, 9 associate professors and 4 lecturers. Among the teachers, doctors exceed 10. Since its establishment, the college has formed three levels of education: international economy and trade and international business major, international economy and trade minor, second degree education, master's degree and doctoral degree training in international trade. International trade is a provincial key discipline in Sichuan Province. The major of international economy and trade is set in 1989, and the development history of the major is 16 years. In 2000, it was approved to build the undergraduate training base of international economy and trade in Sichuan Province.
Second, diligent pursuit of rigorous scholarship.
Adhering to the spirit of "helping the people through the world and striving for strength", teachers in our college have formed a teacher style of making great efforts, pioneering and innovative, and being positive, and strive to cultivate our students into innovative, applied and high-quality modern foreign-related economic management talents with excellent ideological and moral character, international vision, familiarity with international practices and five abilities. In recent years, a group of teachers in our college have been commended for their outstanding performance: Yin was awarded the title of "Excellent party member in Chengdu", Liu Chongyi, Liu Chongyi, Liu Chongyi were awarded the title of "Excellent Teacher" and "Excellent Instructor for Students' Social Practice", and Huo Weidong was awarded the title of "Excellent Young Teacher" in the "One Speciality and Many Functions" activity of 100,000 middle school students in Chengdu.
In addition, teachers in our college also actively undertake national, provincial, municipal and school management or "2 1 1" construction projects. Teachers have published more than 1 10 academic papers in professional journals such as Trends in Economics, Financial Research, Economist, International Trade Issues and Financial Science. The combination of scientific research and teaching has effectively promoted the improvement of teaching level in our college. Teachers such as Liu Chongyi, Cheng, Cao Dejun, Yi, Mu Liuwei, Tu and Yin won various awards for their teaching and scientific research achievements. In 2003, Sichuan Daily reported Professor Liu Chongyi's long and fruitful teaching and scientific research work.
Third, exchanges and cooperation promote development.
Our college actively carries out foreign exchanges and cooperation, and strives to improve the overall level of teachers. Well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad are cordially invited to give lectures, such as Professor John Seri from Booth School of Business of University of Chicago, Professor Chen Baizhu from School of Management of University of Southern California, Professor Goddard from Thunderbird International Graduate School, Professor Ross from Business School of Washington State University, Professor Roland from University of Cincinnati, Ike Linton, Senior Advisor on WTO Affairs of the United States, Professor Ding Xueliang from Asia-Pacific Institute of Australian National University and Professor Lin Zhihong from Department of International Trade of Tamkang University. More than 20 teachers from our college have gone abroad for academic exchange or further study, such as California State University, Washington State University Business School, University of Montreal, University of Cincinnati Business School, university of dundee, Birmingham University, Toronto University, Berlin School of Economics, Lingnan University in Hong Kong, Tamkang University in Taiwan Province Province, etc.

The students in our college are diligent, honest, civilized and enterprising. Students have a solid theoretical foundation and strong innovation ability. In recent years, he has published nearly 100 papers and investigation reports in academic clusters, and published articles in Economic Science, Shanghai Economic Research, social science forum, Chongqing Social Sciences and China Youth Daily. The students of our college also set up an "academic forum" to invite experts and teachers from government departments and enterprises to participate in the activities. The forum always pays attention to social economy and academic hotspots, and builds a platform for improving students' scientific research ability, which is deeply loved by students. The admission rate of students for postgraduate entrance examination is high, and a number of students have been admitted to famous universities such as Fudan University, Nankai University and Zhejiang University. In 2004, Dou Chuchu was admitted to Oxford University and Pittsburgh University respectively, and Hu Yalan was admitted to Columbia University.
The students in our college have strong English ability. In national english contest for college students in 2002-2004, 3 people won the grand prize, 4 people won the first prize, 13 people won the second prize, and 17 people won the third prize. The college not only attaches importance to improving students' professional quality, but also attaches importance to cultural quality education. During the school culture and art month, students of our college won many awards in English short plays, dances, poetry readings, calligraphy and painting exhibitions, speeches and youth style competitions. On behalf of the school, the student choir of our college participated in the Sichuan University Students Art Festival in 20001year and won the first prize in the chorus competition.

The college attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, especially their practical ability. By giving full play to the role of the Party organization, the "two courses" education, teachers' professional education and cultural quality education, students will become talents with a high sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability. A large number of outstanding students have emerged in our college. Since 200 1, four students in our college, including Guan Yonggui and Jane, have been awarded the title of outstanding university graduates in Sichuan Province. Lin Changwei and Zou Cheng were rated as outstanding Communist Youth League members in Chengdu. Lin Weiguo and Li Bo were rated as advanced individuals in social practice of college students in Sichuan and Chengdu respectively. Gao won the title of "Excellent Student" in the activity of "One Speciality and Many Capabilities" for 100,000 middle school students in Chengdu. Wang Shaochun and Yu Haisheng won the first and second prizes in Sichuan Mathematical Modeling Competition with the same credits. Five students, including Shijie Lv, won bronze medals in the third "Challenge Cup" Sichuan University Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition.
