Several reasons for the failure of external examination of papers;
1, the paper lacks originality, and the originality of the paper will be reviewed during the external review. If the experimental argument in the author's article is copied from others, or it can be simply seen that it is inferred from the known paper literature, then the paper without its own ideas and arguments will be rejected.
2. The analysis is not in place. Although there are new findings in the process of external review, the paper has not extracted important viewpoints, so it has not reached the theoretical level. Only qualitative description, articles lacking quality and theoretical analysis are often rejected.
3. The content of the paper is not weighty enough, that is to say, the quality of the paper is not high enough to arouse the reading interest of readers and reviewers, that is, the journals contributed by the authors do not conform to the purpose and field of their journals, and such papers are not accepted.
4. The reasons are not sufficient, the arguments put forward can not be confirmed by the experimental scheme, or the logical reasoning is doubtful, and the experimental methodology theory is unreliable, which makes it impossible for reviewers to draw conclusions from their own experimental results fairly and objectively.
External auditing refers to sending papers to experts from other units for auditing. Some schools are managed by the degree office in a unified way, while others are guided by tutors. 90% of the papers are submitted by experts appointed by the tutor.
