How to Cultivate Class Management Experience of Class Cadres
For a long time, the head teacher is insatiable from morning till night, and he has to take care of everything in class. This "nanny-style" management method, on the one hand, makes the class teacher tired and busy, which is not conducive to his own improvement; On the other hand, it ignores students' subjectivity and suppresses students' autonomy, self-rationality and autonomy, which is not conducive to the cultivation of modern people's quality.

The training and management of class cadres is the core and ultimate goal of the class teacher's work. If doing a good job as a class teacher is an art, then how to train and manage class cadres is the most important thing in this art. Spencer, a famous educator, said, "Remember that the purpose of your discipline should be to train a person who can be independent, not a person who needs to be managed by others." Modern educational theory also tells us that a class teacher must build a class cadre team with good quality, serious responsibility, initiative and willingness to work independently and efficiently, so as to build a positive and energetic class collective. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to cultivate class cadres' management ability to find and solve problems in class management. So, how to train and manage class cadres? In practice, I mainly adopt the following methods:

(A) to strengthen education, strengthen responsibility

Class cadres are examples of students' ideological education, cultural study and extracurricular activities, and play the role of organizers, managers and locomotives in class management. Class cadres play a vital role in the healthy development of a class and the formation of a good style of study. Therefore, as a class teacher, we should hold regular or irregular meetings of class cadres to educate them to be strict with themselves at all times, set an example and take the lead among classmates.

(B) a clear division of labor, close cooperation

The relationship between the class teacher, the class cadre and the students is like the trunk, branches and leaves. Without the support of branches, the thick trunk can't be shaded. Then, how to give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of class cadres in managing classes? I think: on the one hand, there should be a clear division of labor, so that they can perform their duties. When a new class cadre takes office, the class teacher should first hold a class cadre meeting to clarify their specific responsibilities and help the class cadres to make a good work plan and goals. On the other hand, they are required to cooperate with each other, unite as one, work together and manage class affairs together. I divide the class work into study group, life group, health group, sports group, discipline group, attendance group and art group. The monitor is in full charge, mainly calling all the team members and reporting the weekly situation to the class teacher in writing. Learning Committee and other class committees are responsible for convening representatives of all subjects and reporting the completion of students' homework and classroom reaction to the monitor in writing. In this way, the class teacher will have a more comprehensive grasp of the situation of the class for a week, and the work will be targeted. Another measure is "daily supervision and control of class development". The head teacher should give each class committee a certain right of reward and punishment, praise and reward students with good performance in time, find their shortcomings and mistakes during the duty week, and stop them by deducting points and other measures. Every member of the class committee on duty in the group should record the work in charge every day in detail, summarize it at the weekly class meeting, and point out the advantages and disadvantages of the work.

(c) enthusiastic support and careful guidance

In work practice, especially for new class cadres, the smooth progress of work is often affected by insufficient or improper working methods. So the head teacher should teach them some work skills and methods in time, such as: how to talk to classmates? What measures should be taken to criticize classmates for different objects? How to listen to students' opinions with an open mind? How to deal with the relationship between study and work? ..... so that they can master flexible and effective methods and enhance their ability to handle affairs. It is necessary to tell the class cadres and classmates to discuss and solve the problem. For example, if a classmate violates the class rules, the class cadre can't criticize the classmate directly like the class teacher, but should discuss with the classmate calmly from the perspective of helping the classmate, so as to solve the problem. In addition, class cadres must handle things fairly and objectively in their work. If you don't pay attention to principles and practice favoritism and malpractice in your work, you will definitely lose the trust and support of most students, which will make the work unable to be carried out smoothly. After the class cadres have some practical work experience, the class teacher can ask the class cadres to think ahead and make arrangements in advance before all kinds of specific work, and be their own staff. If the class organizes a Christmas party, the class teacher first talks to the class cadres about the specific ideas, and then adds: How to hold a civilized meeting? What about the poor students in the class? What if students don't want to perform? ..... So after the patient guidance of the class teacher, the class cadres will gradually mature.

The head teacher can neither do everything for the class affairs nor give up halfway. When class cadres make progress in management, they should take some incentives in time, such as trust incentives, confidence incentives, material and spiritual incentives, and give appropriate praise to enhance their confidence. Once there is a deviation in the work, don't blame it blindly, but give necessary guidance, analyze the reasons and help solve it.

(d) Let go of the exercise and exercise autonomy.

Mr. Ye Shengtao once said: "What is customary may not be useful. As the old saying goes, if you want to swim, you have to go into the water. " Therefore, the class teacher should use practical and effective methods to guide the class cadres into the water and practice swimming skills. Only by letting class cadres work boldly and giving full play to their main role can we cultivate a capable team of class cadres. When class cadres have certain prestige, strong sense of responsibility and ability, let them discuss and handle class affairs independently, and cultivate their ability of independence, self-care and self-reliance. But we should pay attention to the principle of easy before difficult, and arrange some simple work for them to finish independently first. For example, when a class committee meeting is held, first the class teacher teaches the organization method by hand, and then the monitor informs the organization that the class teacher only attends the meeting as a representative without voting rights. After several exercises, they can chair the meeting by themselves. In the future, the monitor will take the lead in handling major issues and minor issues in the class, and other class committees will be responsible for the implementation. Through exercise, many class cadres have improved their organizational management ability and processing ability, and their prestige among their classmates is getting higher and higher.

(5) Strict requirements for promoting growth

Class cadres should have high standards and strict requirements, and ask students to do whatever they want. Class cadres should first do a good job. At the same time, democratic supervision is implemented, so that the work of class cadres has both management and supervision. After some achievements have been made in the work of individual class cadres, they may feel complacent, take credit for themselves and be unwilling to make progress. Therefore, the class teacher should grasp the ideological trends of class cadres in time, organize class cadres to carry out education and study in time, put forward higher and stricter requirements, and constantly improve their working ability and efficiency. For the shortcomings or mistakes in the work, it is also clearly pointed out that they must not be biased and let them make work plans, work summaries, activity records, etc. Perform their work in a standardized, honest and effective manner. For example, the work of class cadres should be quantified and directly linked to the comprehensive quality evaluation implemented every month, so that class cadres can be supervised by their classmates and be stricter with themselves. Of course, class cadres are not perfect after all, and we should not be too demanding and accusing them, especially when there are mistakes in our work.

Class construction, the class teacher is the key, and the class cadres are the protagonists. The training and management of class cadres is a dynamic and complicated process.
