Based on the analysis of the task and structural principle of the automatic loading system of large-caliber self-propelled gun, this paper summarizes three kinds of fast loading systems which can greatly improve the firing automation of large-caliber self-propelled gun, such as car body magazine, turret (hanging basket) turntable and turret cabin magazine, and analyzes the structural principle and action process of each scheme. Through the comparative analysis of these three schemes, The turntable of turret (hanging basket) is selected to design the transmission system, and the slide chain is used as the transmission mechanism of the system to determine the motion parameters of its main components and parts. Finally, a three-dimensional solid model of the system is established.
