What is the function and efficacy of monascus nattokinase?
Nattokinase, also known as subtilisin, has the functions of dissolving thrombus, reducing blood viscosity, improving blood circulation, softening and increasing vascular elasticity, and preventing myocardial infarction and stroke. The effect of nattokinase is contrary to that of vitamin k2, which dissolves thrombus and improves blood circulation, but vitamin k2 is blood coagulation and cannot be used together.
