"Fatigue of Life and Death" tells the story of a landlord's reincarnation in the wheel of karma after his death. He became all kinds of domestic animals. Through his eyes, he saw the social development of human beings, mainly the rural areas of China from 65438 to 0950, which reflected people's spiritual and social changes. b! VMN5

The title of the novel "Life and Death Fatigue" is found in "Eight Great Men's Perceptions of Buddhism". "Life and death fatigue begins with greed. I just don't understand the meaning of the last three sentences. I heard that Mo Yan's books are always wordy, but this one is much better, probably because of the short writing time. After reading it, I still feel like an excellent book! j[ 1 & lt; szC?

Tell me how you feel after reading it! Simon Norm, one of the protagonists in this book, is not actually human. As soon as he appeared, he was framed by a kid and met the prince. This is the bright spot of Mo Yan. He didn't tell the story according to the chronicle or other angles, but he created such a ghost. Hehe, it's a ghost who can be reborn, but it's invested in different livestock. Simon Norm went through several cycles. Looking at the development of our motherland from the founding of the People's Republic to today's long society from the perspective of an outsider (let's say he is a human being), the story itself does not make any evaluation on the society, but leaves me with thoughts on this society through the story interpreted by the characters. Another hero is the blue face who resolutely refused to join the commune and worked alone all his life. I learned from reading that the policy at that time was: free to join the society, so many people advised those who did not join. People who don't join the club are as stubborn as donkeys. Fortunately, we were talking about democracy at that time, so we might as well not join. It can be seen that the atmosphere at that time was relatively open, and anyone could be criticized if there were problems, but no one could be forced to do anything. For this reason, our descendants kowtow to Grandpa Mao. Although I can't, I can understand. Grandpa Mao, a man? X-Q+

Of course, I was born in a new society and didn't witness the old society created by Grandpa Mao. I can't understand people's life and environment at that time. The expression is not very good. I want to write a short story and a long story to show the supplement of that society. But the chapter Simon wrote when he was a dog was called "Dog Spirit". This is very similar to the 1990s. While people see the economic development, the social atmosphere has also changed. The students are all having dinner together, and the young people are also boasting. Older people have the right to start corrupting rich lovers. There is a gap between the rich and the poor in society. It should be felt that Simon Dog finally left peacefully, lying on that land with his former owner, a lonely family. At this time, there are already his master, his wife, two daughters-in-law, old friends and husband and wife on the land.

"Everything from the land will return to the land," his tombstone later wrote. I am very moved to see this. D#QHcTF})P

What impressed me the most was that kind of reincarnation, that kind of reincarnation of mental state. From the initial ignorance, to the slow possession, and then to the people's greed gradually expanded, until finally zero. Really, beauty is beauty, and we humans are unhappy for a reason. Aren't you greedy That will give you more reincarnation and see what the world is like. Don't be greedy, learn slowly. Being alive means being tired, being rich, being poor, being an official and not being an official. God, why are people always tired? Now think about yourself. Although you are not as tired as described in the novel, you will occasionally be physically and mentally exhausted, dissatisfied with your present life and social mood. You really shouldn't! If you are really dissatisfied, you can only watch the six divisions in Wheel of Karma! I don't fully understand many places in the book. I still can't understand what it means. I am born in the 1980s, and I have never experienced the era of suffering, so I can't feel the same. Maybe I can't understand all the contents of this book at present. But after reading the book and writing my own thoughts, I can only remember two words, that is "fatigue"

I'll talk about my own topic after reading it.

I invented this title from two sentences in Mo Yan's novels for brevity. These two sentences are in two adjacent chapters. The first sentence comes from chapter 30: "But I clearly know that he is a hero who doesn't want to hide in the pigsty." What said this was "Simon Pig", one of the narrative "heroes". "It" refers to another pig named "Diao San Xiao". The second sentence is what he said in chapter 3 1: "He said that this play is the product of a special historical period, with absurd but solemn colors, and it is a living post-modern specimen." It was "Simon Pig" who said this sentence, and "He" in this sentence was "Mo Yan" in the novel. Because these two sentences are not far apart, although my memory is far less "unforgettable" than when I was young, and my age waits for no one, I still remember the first sentence when I read the second sentence. I remember that the blog hasn't been updated for several days, and there is nothing to write. I don't write a few words casually after reading it. One is to update the chat, and the other is to show off that I have read Mo Yan's novels recently. Don't let people say that farmers are farmers, even the famous Mo Yan novels have never been read. So there is this title: don't give up on absurdity and solemnity

Reading Mo Yan's Fatigue of Life and Death won't make people doze off. Vast imagination, beautiful and exquisite language and countless metaphors followed, pleasing to the eye, inspiring and unpleasant to read. After reading it, it will always make you feel ups and downs, associate with it, and don't spit it out.

My first feeling after reading it is that Mo Yan's Fatigue of Life and Death is absolutely absurd in terms of narrative methods. It is true that it is not Mo Yan's name that begins the absurd narrative. The most famous and widely known The Journey to the West can be attributed to this narrative form. However, it was Mo Yan who explained the history, vicissitudes, social changes and ups and downs of life for half a century with absurd narrative. At least, this is unprecedented. Moreover, what he said is so serious, even better than the official history, which makes people laugh and cry, believe it or not. In particular, those of us who came here at the same time as Mo Yan will feel particularly deeply about this. Mo Yan used absurd brushstrokes to describe such solemn things as history, society and life, but he was not forced at all. Reading it all the way, you will feel that Fatigue of Life and Death is "all nonsense, all solemn things". What is solemn? It is an interpretation of people, an interpretation of an era and a period of history. The most solemn person, when1September 9, 976 was mentioned in several books, the blue-faced one cried, which was more angry than anger! It is a condemnation of the misunderstanding of a person and a person's thoughts by the whole country;

Tears welled up in the blue face's eyes. He bent his legs and knelt on the ground, and said bitterly:/"In fact, what I love most is Chairman Mao, not your grandson!" /Everyone was speechless and looked at him stupefied. /Blue Face thumped on the ground with his hand and wailed:/"Chairman Mao-I am also your man-you gave me the land-I went it alone, and you gave me the right-"

Listen, isn't this a little ridiculous? Not a spark! During the whole period, only the protagonist, the stubborn and ignorant farmer, the only single-minded family in the country knew what was stated in the scolding and crying! This is a condemnation of national misunderstanding (whether intentionally or unintentionally)! Mo Yan did not hesitate to borrow absurd narrative means to spread hundreds of thousands of words of quips, just for this condemnation, for misunderstanding of the whole country, and even for serious reflection on endangering a country. This is my misunderstanding of life and death fatigue? ) "Expressing solemnity through absurdity" seems to be a borrowed title, which is barely pieced together. Will it be less "encouragement" to say "express solemnity through absurdity"?

Let's go back to the absurd narrative. Of course, if Mo Yan can prevent Lan from being liberated, prevent the big head from coming out of the closet and prevent Mo Yan from becoming the narrative subject, then this absurd narrative will be perfect. As an author, Mo Yan can say that this is because of the narrative needs of this novel, and because it makes the narrative more flexible and wonderful. Then, as a reader, I can say that it is because your author is still afraid of traditional narrative and lacks confidence in his absurd narrative ability. In short, in this way, your absurd narrative is not perfect in our readers' minds. We can only hope that Mo Yanxi will have a more perfect and thorough absurd narrative masterpiece.

My second feeling after reading it is that I guess Mo Yan University is definitely not studying Chinese, nor majoring in literature, but majoring in animal husbandry in Agricultural College. Otherwise, how could those donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs be so obedient and obedient to him? Why are his donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs so clever? No matter how high the martial arts are, touching flowers can hurt people. Those who are good at herding animals and serving donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs are better than making people. In the second half of 20th century, China fell into the eyes and hearts of donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs raised by Mo Yan. Mo Yan, the shepherd god! Of course, people keep animals for servants, meat and fur. Mo Yan's animal husbandry is to let them see the world, the world and life. The narrator in the book comments on Mo Yan, saying that he has never been a good farmer. As a reader, I absolutely agree. I evaluate him as an animal husbandry worker, but he is definitely not a good animal husbandry worker, because he is not doing his job properly. But it doesn't matter. My son said nothing about Machamp's confusion, so Mo Yan only treated donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs equally, and didn't let all animals do their best. Speaking of it, Mo Yan should still be a disciple of Confucius and Mencius, at least a fan of Confucius and Mencius.

The third feeling after reading it is to express anger at Mo Yan. These days, Mo Yan's donkeys, cows, pigs and dogs in Mu Zhi make my old man very nervous. His donkey is restless. His cow is stubborn. His pigs are so smart and good at spreading happiness, and his dogs are so arrogant. In the office, when I heard footsteps in the corridor, I thought it might be his donkey that tripped his hoof. Walking on the road, I saw a tree with swaying branches and leaves, and I wondered if it was his pig. Walking home, closing the door, I heard something, and I was afraid it was his cow, hitting the wall with the corner door. At this moment, at midnight, the neon lights outside the window faded away and all was silent. Only the intermittent rain falls on the awning, making a tinkling sound. Suddenly, a voice came from a distance, which seemed to be his dog, barking as he ran. How can a person live with such a god and such a Taoism? I have to put this "life and death fatigue" on the shelf. So we have to hurry up, take out the Tao Te Ching and read a passage:

To the gods! Ozawa burns but not hot, rivers are cold but not cold, thunder breaks mountains and rivers, and the wind vibrates the sea without being surprised. If there is, travel around the world by cloud. Life and death are uncertain, but the situation is in jeopardy! And Mo Yan's donkey, cow, pig and dog!

Alas! Still mo Yan. Or Mo Yan's donkey, cow, pig and dog! As a mortal, it is better to be a person without dreams. Let's continue to talk about the feelings after reading it.

Finally, I carefully read Mo Yan's essay for the new edition of Fatigue of Life and Death (Shanghai Literature and Art Publishing House, August 2008, issue 1), and the novel is handmade-a postscript to the new edition. He told us that it took him only 43 days to write this novel with 430,000 words, which was attributed to the use of "a soft pen with a performance between a brush and a pen". This kind of writing, which gives up the computer and returns to manual writing, makes him feel that he has a posture against the times and makes him "feel great". When the pen is moved, the words appear intuitively, which avoids the trouble of having to think about the input method and word selection at any time (haha, it can be judged that Mo Yan should use pinyin instead of five strokes), and also avoids the illusion that the writing result seems empty after the phone is turned off. I can almost see his writing posture, that kind of unrestrained, I can almost feel the satisfaction of his writing before going to bed every day, caressing his manuscript, full of joy. Don't say these major events, pick up two details to guess, and you can know the gains and losses he has avoided in his "return to manual" writing this time. These two details are two words: one is "into" the next "meat" and the other is "corpse" to cover the ass. Speaking of the previous word, I recall that when I was a freshman, I picked it up from A Dream of Red Mansions to show off. After class, I chalked it on the blackboard for my classmates to recognize. Of course, they don't recognize it. After reading it, I provoked the female students in the classroom to bow their heads and run out, and the boys laughed hysterically. Only one male classmate, who was not only a student at that time, but also a member of the leadership team of the poor middle school in agricultural management, quietly walked out of the classroom. If it weren't for the preference of the head teacher and several teachers, I almost lost the title of "Communist Youth League member" I just got. That's beside the point. Stop. Still say these two words. Mo Yan, who returned to handwork, wrote these two words for two seconds at most, which did not hinder his thinking, and even stimulated his thinking. However, if you use a computer to input it, probably he can't type it with his fingers clicking on the keyboard, and I don't know how many times he played it. In this way, his thoughts will be blocked, and perhaps how many fantastic ideas and precise words we are reading now will dissipate in that moment. Even if Mo Yan has the level of a professional typist and can make words by hand, this kind of obstruction is inevitable. Thinking about the advantages of using a pen, I almost threw this broken IBM notebook out of the sixth floor window. Of course I didn't dump it.

Reading new postscript gives me a lot of happiness in reading cognition. However, he refused to agree with one point. Moreover, it also makes me feel extremely frustrated and depressed. He wrote this 430,000-word novel with 250 yuan soft pens (50, each 5 yuan). He said: "Compared with computers, it is much cheaper." He came up with this idea, stole a lot of logic and concepts, and he could come up with it by moving his big toe. Writing 430,000 words with 250 yuan's pen and a pile of manuscript paper that is too lazy to calculate the height and price will definitely cost more than normal computers. His bluff is simply irritating (hehe). Of course, this is not cheap, which is relative to those of us who are poor in ants, have no talent and are not famous. For Mo Yan, of course not. I really want E to ask Mo Yan to replace his stack of 250-yuan manuscript paper with a new laptop, but I don't have E's address. However, even if he finds his E, even if E passes, even if he sees the girl I gave him, he will definitely refuse to exchange! Anything is possible. This slogan, used in this matter, is absolutely inappropriate.
