Li's research direction and main achievements
The main research direction is multi-component seismic detection and geophysical signal processing. Since the Ninth Five-Year Plan, he has presided over the completion of major projects of the National 863 Program 1, 2 frontier exploration projects of the National 863 Program, 2 key projects of the Ministry of Education 1, and 2 western projects and joint research projects of the Ministry of Communications. The multi-wave seismic processing system developed by the institute was identified as "filling the domestic gap, breaking the monopoly of foreign technology and reaching the international advanced level". The continuous research of multi-component seismic exploration technology has made a series of practical achievements in seismic wave propagation and multi-component seismic exploration in complex areas such as beaches, shallow seas and loess, as well as fine detection of near-surface geological defects.

In recent five years, he has published more than 30 papers, monograph 1 department, and the research on the development and interpretation method of offshore multi-wave seismic data processing system in domestic core journals such as Petroleum Geophysical Exploration, Petroleum Geophysical Exploration, Coalfield Geology and Exploration, Journal of Coal, Seismology and Geophysical Progress, and international professional conferences such as SEG, EAGE and ICTAC.
