Class A periodicals are formulated by each unit according to its own scientific research assessment standards, and different units have different standards. For example, Class A periodicals specified by our unit are the periodicals with the top 20% of the impact factors among all SCI periodicals in the subject field where the periodical is located. For example, there are 100 SCI journals in the field of pharmacology, and the top 20 journals with the highest IF are all Class A journals.
In order to further improve the level of academic papers published by professional and technical personnel in the school, continuously enhance academic influence and strengthen the quality standard of academic evaluation in post appointment, the school decided to further standardize the classification of domestic and foreign periodicals.
In this periodical classification, the periodicals originally listed as authoritative periodicals are subdivided into four categories: A, B, C and D; The publications under the core journals are divided into three categories: E, F and G, which correspond to the previous core journals, formal journals and informal journals respectively. The seven publications of A, B, C, D, E, J and G are as follows:
I. Class A periodicals
According to the SCI journals collected by ISI Web of Science in 2006, the top 20% journals with impact factors were selected according to the classification. For liberal arts and management disciplines, journals 1 species (based on CSSCI in 2008-2009), as well as China Social Sciences and Xinhua Digest (reproduced in full).
Second, class B periodicals
According to the SCI journals included in ISIwebofscience, the journals with the top 50% impact factors are selected according to the classification. The liberal arts and management disciplines are determined according to the principle of not exceeding half of the total number of authoritative journals listed by the school in 2002, with the highest 1 for every two disciplines. Journals listed by SSCI and AHCI in ISIwebofscience are also regarded as Class B journals.
Three. Class C periodicals (there is no such periodical in liberal arts, and if it is published in such periodicals, it will be regarded as Class D).
Other SCI journals included in 1 ISIwebofscience
2. Other papers included in 2.SCI are regarded as class C periodical papers;
3. The thesis is included in 3. EI is regarded as a class C periodical paper.
