Under the arrangement of the school, we will go to the construction site for internship and become a civil builder. In the process of internship, we have learned a lot, which will always accompany us to grow up and become our stepping stone. The internship period is from February of 65438+20xx to June of 20xx. Hubei Tianxia Hongtu Real Estate Co., Ltd. reported that it was arranged as an internship in Century City, Jianghan Square, Tianmen, Hubei Province, mainly to participate in the construction practice with the construction party. I joined this project from 65438+February, and I am a site builder. First of all, from the on-site responsible engineer, this is a job that attaches importance to on-site management and communication. Because I just came to the project, I am not familiar with the whole project, and the communication with the construction team is not in place. The initial work is very passive. When I first arrived, my ambition was suddenly distorted by reality. At this critical moment, it is the project leaders and colleagues who communicate with me in time, guide me and let me know my situation and difficulties clearly. With everyone's help, my builder's work is progressing slowly and smoothly. The construction area of the site is 68685 and 1m2. The site is located near the Hanjiang River, with muddy silt and muddy soil, and the foundation bearing capacity is low. The main pile foundation frame structure adopts shear wall load-bearing structure. There are E 1-4 shopping malls, kindergartens and living buildings in the community, in which the living building of D 1-D2-D3 is1,and the rest are B 1- 1-4 and B2-/kloc.
When I arrived at the site, the main body had completed the examination and approval of the decoration stage and the drawings of small municipal drainage works, including B 1- 1 ~ 4, B2- 1 ~ 4, C 1- 1 ~ 4, C2- 1 ~ 4.
During my internship, my seniors taught me what structural form is. Modern architecture mainly adopts frame structure and frame shear wall structure, but what predecessors told me is frame shear wall structure, in which a certain number of shear walls are arranged to form flexible and free use space. This method is really good, can meet the requirements of different building functions, and at the same time has considerable stiffness. The mechanical characteristics of frame-shear wall structure are new stress forms composed of two different lateral force resisting structures: frame and shear wall structure. It is precisely because of this that the frame-shear structure will become popular, and now many builders are using this structure.
As a qualified builder, under the leadership of the project manager and the person in charge of construction, he is responsible for the construction organization and management of the operation area and section. (In other words, just stare at the scene! ) Coordinate the construction, manage the construction quality and site data, track the construction progress, report the material consumption, report the required materials, coordinate the supervision, make design changes, and confirm the quantities outside the contract on site.
First of all, we should understand the drawings, plan the implementation of the project, and then rely on the drawings and construct according to the drawings. Secondly, it is necessary to master the construction technology at all stages of construction, control the construction quality and progress, and coordinate the on-site management of good people, materials and machines. I am mainly responsible for the site management of construction technology, construction quality and progress, construction safety, collaborative material testing and collaborative professional supervision. 1, site construction technology, I know that the general construction process of workers is:
1) According to the principle of underground first, ground first, main body first, enclosure later, rough decoration first, and fine decoration later, organize construction, conduct structural acceptance in time, form a working face as soon as possible, and organize cross operation of main bodies, which will help shorten the construction period. Column, wall template configuration should be used for 5-6 times. Special roof concrete construction shall not leave construction joints as required.
2) In the process of engineering construction, according to the needs of the process, the intersection of each process should be arranged and the required resources should be fully invested.
3) In the earthwork excavation stage, organize enough labor to trim the slope in time to ensure that the trench slope of the foundation pit does not collapse. If the acceptance of foundation pit slot is not restricted by relevant conditions, the foundation earthwork and concrete cushion construction will cross, and the soil will be cleared, the slot will be inspected and the concrete cushion will be poured in different areas to ensure that the foundation soil of the bearing layer will not be disturbed by rain or man-made.
4. This project is a high-rise building, and the acceptance of the intermediate structure of structural engineering can be considered. In structural construction, reasonable arrangements are made for process insertion and embedding of embedded parts.
5, water, electricity, equipment and other reserved, embedded installation, to closely cooperate with the civil construction progress, and actively organize the crossover operation, to do a good job of embedded reserved water and electricity pipelines, and to do a good job of installation and debugging in the decoration stage.
2. Construction quality management is mainly aimed at some mistakes that are easy to make and often made. For example, the uneven settlement of foundation, because the quality of foundation soil is very different, many of them are soft soil and bad soil. Therefore, in engineering construction, we often encounter poor foundation, cracks between brick masonry and structural columns, roof leakage, kitchen and bathroom leakage, cracks in precast reinforced concrete slabs, etc., which should be corrected and replaced in time to ensure the engineering quality reaches the standard. Safety management has increasingly become an indispensable factor in the construction industry in the management of construction projects. Construction safety management is an important part of construction enterprise management and a comprehensive science. Quality and safety are often inseparable. Safety is the key or main content of quality. It can even be said that quality is safety and safety is quality. In the process of construction site management, we put up safety slogans and warning signs in the eye-catching position of the project, regularly publicize safety knowledge to workers and carry out engineering safety education activities, and standardize the electricity consumption in site construction: we attach importance to adopting TN-S system, ensuring the use of special protective zero line and special standby electrical equipment, attaching importance to "three-level protection of three-level distribution", implementing "one machine, one brake and one leakage box", and attaching importance to the standard setting of main distribution room and the parameter matching of leakage protection devices. We should keep the equipment in good condition and improve its service life and efficiency. Strengthen and standardize the civilized construction on site, pay attention to the propaganda of civilized construction consciousness, pay attention to the appearance, hardening, passage, material stacking, site cleaning after construction, drainage system and closed management of the site, and attach importance to and standardize living facilities. Attach importance to the analysis of potential safety hazards, establish the responsibility system for production safety at all levels, actively adopt new technologies and equipment, and constantly improve the quality of the project, so that our workers have a further understanding of management. Formulate reasonable construction safety management system and control measures, and pursue the best engineering quality on the premise of ensuring construction safety.
3. For collaborative material inspection, it is mainly necessary to record the incoming inspection records of materials and components, such as "steel members, welding materials, connecting fasteners and accessories, fire-proof and anti-corrosion coatings, welding (bolt) balls, sealing plates, cones, sleeves, metal plates", various masonry, templates, etc. , do a good job in the specifications and varieties of various materials, so as to arrange them reasonably on the construction site. At the same time, cooperate with the material engineer to ask for the inventory of various materials on the construction site, so as to prepare for the later construction, so as not to cause engineering losses and personnel slowdown due to material shortage. Keep abreast of the degree of various mechanical losses on site, and make good preparations for maintenance, so that the project can be successfully completed within the construction period.
A good construction manager is not only a diligent worker, but also a kind person. In order to cooperate with the supervision and management of engineering construction, it is necessary to understand the construction technology and methods, manage and urge the construction team to complete the completed tasks in time, and clean up the construction fertilizer within the jurisdiction of the construction team at the scene to make the construction site more civilized, harmonious and people-oriented. According to the observation on the construction site, the indoor brick masonry of the main frame of building D 1-D2 has been completed, and the fourth floor is under construction. Steel derrick vertical elevator transports materials. The wall does not participate in load bearing, and the wall thickness is 24. Brick walls are made of lime-sand bricks and cement mortar.
Among them, the lime-sand brick is MU5 grade, and the specification is 240x 1 15x53. The quality requirements of lime-sand brick mainly meet the requirements of strength and durability.
The mixing ratio of cement mortar is M7 and 5, and the quality requirements of mortar mainly meet the workability without segregation.
