Fourth, the current problems.

1. Existing sewage treatment process at the foot of cliff (as shown in figure 1). The fluid in the well enters the pressure tank (60m3). After oil-water separation in the pressure tank, crude oil enters the oil storage tank (50m3) and sewage enters the grease trap (105m3). After degreasing and sedimentation, the sewage directly enters the water injection tank (99m3) and is injected into the stratum through the water injection pump.

2. The injection-production correspondence rate is low, and the newly put into operation Yaping 1 well has no corresponding water well due to the insufficient supply of formation energy, so the production declines rapidly. It is suggested to invest in a water well and improve the injection-production well pattern.

3. There are 4 oil wells with production but no injection in Cao 8 block. The sewage injection well Cao 9 has not been inspected for five years, and the daily sewage treatment is about 1.50 cubic meters. Once there is a problem in the oil well, it is difficult to treat the sewage in Cao 8 block. It is suggested to add a sewage injection well in this block for standby.

4. The long-term water injection effect of duck feet is not obvious. The analysis shows that the main reason is that there are many problems in water injection wells and the water injection effect is poor. In view of the frequent perforation of the ground pipelines of two water injection wells and 1 sewage injection well, the chemical process was added in Yajiao Water Station to improve the quality of injected water.
