Shi Tao Cup is an activity organized by Jiangsu Academy of Educational Sciences to evaluate the papers of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. It is held once a year. For teachers who evaluate professional titles, this cup requires high quality and high gold content. 13 years, more than 3 1600 papers participated in the appraisal in the whole province, and less than 300 papers won the first prize. The total score of professional title evaluation is 100, and the highest score of papers is 10, with 8 points, 7 points and 6 points. The scores of professional titles in different industries are different. Even in the same industry, different grades of titles give different scores to papers. In most cases, research and development papers have higher scores than non-research papers. For example, the title of the thesis, senior engineer of R&D, with a maximum score of 8, and the title of the thesis, non-senior engineer of R&D, with a maximum score of 6. Some units or evaluation institutions grade papers, which is not a unified division. There is no distinction between places, depending on the specific local conditions.
