Love moral education in primary and secondary schools and have been engaged in moral education and life (social) courses in primary schools, moral education courses in junior high schools, moral education courses in secondary vocational schools and ideological and political courses in senior high schools for more than 10 years. 2. Be able to follow the law of students' physical and mental development and the law of education development, constantly explore and improve moral education teaching methods, actively participate in moral education curriculum reform, carry out education and teaching experiments and practices, and achieve remarkable results. 3. Be good at using modern teaching techniques such as multimedia and courseware in classroom teaching, and be good at combining major events in the fields of economy, politics and culture to carry out moral education in a simple and vivid way, which is infectious and attractive and has remarkable educational and teaching effects. 4, pay attention to moral education theory learning and scientific research, there are national and provincial moral education research results (including publication, award-winning, exchange papers, cases, teaching plans, courseware or topics).
