During this period, Corey treated a vegetative male patient. At that time, the patient's lung infection was serious and nursing was quite difficult. I use my knowledge and experience to make nursing measures according to the patient's condition. After about _ _ days of careful nursing, the patient's lung infection improved obviously. While strengthening their professional quality, they also attach great importance to the professional image of nurses, pay attention to civilized and polite service in their daily work, insist on using civilized language and honorific words, and always treat every patient with a smile. Dignified appearance at work, neat dress, no heavy makeup, no jewelry, in line with clinical dress requirements, reflecting the spirit of angels in white. I will continue to work hard in the future nursing work, constantly improve my professional knowledge and ability, master various operational skills, become an excellent nurse, dedicate my limited life to unlimited nursing work, and add luster to hospitals and departments!
Summary of the work of pediatric dental nurses II
Time flies. In a blink of an eye, I have been working in __x for more than half a year. Under the correct leadership of the head nurse and director, and with the close cooperation and support of my colleagues, I adhere to the service concept of "patient-centered", do a good job in nursing, conscientiously complete my own work tasks, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, strictly abide by the duties and obligations of nurses, and serve the people wholeheartedly. As a new oral nurse, I have no doubts.
In the past six months, although I am just a little ordinary nurse, I treat every patient I can come into contact with with with my heart in my ordinary job! In my dictionary, there will never be a distinction between rich and poor. I treat everyone who comes to us with my heart, put my enthusiasm and energy into it, really think what they think and worry about what they are anxious about. Every gentle word, every kind greeting, every careful treatment and every smile filled my heart. Although the nursing work is trivial and ordinary, sometimes I am really proud of myself and enjoy the glorious title of "angels in white".
My hands, my smile and my kindness make the world warm! Although they can't remember my name, although they don't know my efforts, although they don't understand my hard work, the gift of roses has a lingering fragrance, so I am very happy!
People are always maturing and growing. If I was so impetuous and shaky yesterday, I am more mature and steady today, with a new interpretation of nursing work, a clearer understanding of my responsibilities and burdens, and a better and more focused service for every patient. In the past six months, oral nurses have thanked every colleague I have worked with and every teacher who has taught me. Thank you for your kindness, for meeting and knowing each other like this, for your kindness and beauty, and for letting me live in such a warm family! I hope that next year, we can fight side by side, * * * usher in a better life and * * * create a more brilliant future!
Summary of the work of pediatric dental nurses 3
Dear hospital leaders, head nurses and nursing sisters,
Good afternoon. I'm Li Ling from the Department of Respiratory Medicine. Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to listen to my year-end work report If there is anything wrong, please criticize and correct me!
Time flies, in the busy and dull day after day, 20 13 is quietly coming to an end. 20 13 is a very meaningful and rewarding year for my personal life, and I feel that I am preparing for the war at a fast pace all year round. But as far as work is concerned, my self-taught exam can only give me a passing score. After all, it's been almost a year, and I haven't made any contribution to my department or hospital. But like most people, I have been busy in my nursing post and tried my best. In the past year's work, there were no major mistakes and mistakes, and all the assessments of the hospital were successfully completed. Here, I sum up my work in the past year and briefly report my gains and expectations in the coming year.
1. After the Spring Festival, prepare for the assessment of nurses in May. I am well aware that the assessment of nurses not only tests the mastery of theoretical knowledge in the past, but also is closely related to the views on clinical knowledge. After work on weekdays, due to laziness, I rarely pick up books to continue studying and consolidating theoretical knowledge. When I did the mock exam, I realized that I was behind in the nursing team. After working for several years, I didn't master much new knowledge, but some of the most basic theories were gradually forgotten, and many figures were ambiguous, which was absolutely intolerable for the goal of zero errors in the nursing industry. I can only be glad that before I was eliminated, I detected my own loopholes and gradually fixed them. In the mighty examination army in May, I successfully passed with good results. What I have learned: if you don't touch a craftsman for three days, there will be no good thing once and for all. Life is a process of continuous enrichment, and the competition for work is becoming more and more fierce. Only by continuous self-learning and charging can we not be eliminated. And learning is endless!
2. At the beginning of June, with the support of hospital leaders and general practitioners, I was lucky enough to attend the fourth training course for specialized nurses in Chengdu Military Region General Hospital, which lived up to expectations. Three months later, I graduated successfully and won the title of the only outstanding student in the Armed Police Hospital. One month's theoretical study in the early stage allowed me to swim in the ocean of nursing knowledge. One month's theory, all courses are closely related to critical illness, which not only relates the anatomical structure, pathogenesis, nursing points, clinical monitoring and treatment of each system, but also understands the new ideas, new technologies and new knowledge of the current nursing frontier. Such as the concept of wound wet healing, the concept of pulse sealing management, the latest standard of cpcrd, the new fixation method of tracheal intubation and the principle of infection control. After two months of clinical practice, four specialized icu and one intensive care unit were rotated. After two months of clinical practice, I deeply felt the gap between myself and an excellent specialist nurse. I always felt that everything was fine before, and only after studying did I know that I was a half-baked jar of water and completely self-righteous. Not only short-sighted, poor active learning ability, but also the sense of scientific research innovation has never been thought of. I was very happy and admired to see the head of neurosurgery skillfully puncture picc under the guidance of B-ultrasound and the ectopic adjustment of picc at the bedside. They also have a strong sense of scientific research and innovation, and the self-made tracheal intubation fixing belt is not only applicable but also beautiful; Inflatable gloves and finger bells are also a highlight in clinical application. These are the details in the details, but they all reflect the spirit of diligent observation, diligent thinking and courage to innovate. After two months of clinical practice, I have seen and learned many techniques that I could not operate before, such as percutaneous tracheotomy, picc puncture, ventricular drainage, intracranial pressure monitoring, external defibrillation, infusion cvp measurement, indwelling catheter monitoring intra-abdominal pressure and so on. Learned the observation and nursing points of tracheal intubation, cvp, picc, T tube, closed thoracic drainage tube, abdominal drainage tube, subcutaneous drainage tube and other systems. Through these three months of knowledge infusion, I have a deeper understanding of intensive care and a clearer understanding of my own direction. As a specially trained icu nurse, I am well aware of my responsibility and mission. At the same time, while strengthening self-study, we should strengthen training through words and deeds, and make contributions to the construction of a nursing team with high ideological awareness and strong professional skills and the development of hospital supervision.
3.3. I believe everyone is eager to work with excellent people and cooperate with excellent teams, because this can improve themselves. Fortunately, I can grow up with my sisters in this group of three universities. Environment can not only affect a person, but also change a person. The concept of our department is: happy work, happy breathing! Our respiratory medicine department not only has excellent leaders and decision makers, but also has a United and cooperative team. Everyone is afraid of holding the team back and affecting the honor of the department, so everyone works hard and Qi Xin works together. In such a team, you are not active, and you have nothing to blame, but you are ashamed of yourself. So, thanks to this team, I didn't degenerate in the nursing team. On the contrary, we find happiness in our busy work and end our work every day happily.
Expectations for the coming year
1. Ensure the quality and quantity of each shift and pay attention to details. Strictly implement aseptic system and inspection system to avoid mistakes.
2. Strengthen self-study and re-education, and make your professional skills by going up one flight of stairs.
3. Always observe and think at work, be good at finding measures that can be improved in daily work, and strengthen the awareness of scientific research and innovation.
4. Continue to implement high-quality nursing service, better serve patients and create a harmonious nurse-patient environment.
5. Do a good job in teaching interns. How can you teach people to fish without a complete self? Closely combine theory with practice, learn from each other and grow together with interns.
Summary of the work of pediatric dental nurses 4
How time flies! In a blink of an eye, I am about to end my pediatric internship. Looking back on these days, it is either bitter or happy, or sour or sweet. I believe everyone has their own taste. Pediatric internship for nearly a month, I have benefited a lot and will leave the department soon, but I also have a lot to give up. I attach great importance to our intern teacher, so let's take it step by step.
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the teachers for their learning and growth. During my internship, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and all departments, earnestly perform my duties as a nurse, be strict with myself, respect teachers, unite with my classmates, work hard, love children's cause and think of children wholeheartedly. At the same time, it is necessary to understand family members, correctly handle the nurse-patient relationship, do a good job of explanation and comfort, say "I'm sorry" more, let family members understand the work of pediatric nurses, and reduce unnecessary misunderstandings or excessive behaviors.
Under the guidance of the teacher, I have basically mastered the nursing of some common diseases in pediatrics and some basic operations. For example, venipuncture, sputum aspiration and atomization, I have been studying and summing up experience while working. In a word, I think this internship has taught me a lot. Although I am only a student, maybe my ability is limited, I use my own efforts to enrich my knowledge and skills. I hope to send patients away healthily with my smile, and I am eager to grow up in my study and really be a angels in white who sings silently and flies hard.
During my internship in this department, I will abide by labor discipline, work hard, study hard, and be able to apply what I have learned from books to practice. Under the guidance of the teacher, I basically mastered the nursing of some common diseases in pediatrics and some basic operations, which made me realize the particularity and necessity of clinical work from an intern to a nurse. What I learned in school before was all theoretical, but now I find that what I saw in my actual work is not as simple as I thought, nor as typical as what I wrote in the book. At work, I often rely on my usual experience. Only by practicing and having good experience can I gradually accumulate experience.
Summary of the work of pediatric dental nurses 5
On June, I ended my internship in No.3 Middle School in Caotang District. There are many disappointments there! I can't forget the beautiful environment there, the careful guidance of the teachers there, the lovely nursing aunt there, and the kind patients there ... On the last day of leaving the department, I said goodbye to the patients' families and wished them a speedy recovery and discharge. They also wish me success in my future work and become an excellent nurse. Just a few simple words, but very sweet and happy. Because of my busy work in grade three, I learned a lot, mastered all the processes of nursing operation, learned how to have a good relationship with patients, be a teacher's little helper, and how to operate alone, which is very suitable for that working environment.
Learned the operation method of inputting sodium nitroprusside with hood and micropump. During transfusion operation, it is necessary to exhaust air accurately and quickly in the process of liquid drainage, seal the infusion set as soon as possible, accurately deliver the liquid to the patient, and cover the exposed part tightly with a hood and quilt to prevent light leakage. Infusion of sodium nitroprusside by micropump is an effective method to treat hypertensive acute heart failure. Strict and perfect nursing measures have effectively improved the success rate of rescue and promoted the rehabilitation of patients.
On, we collectively changed our major and returned to the headquarters of the provincial hospital. The second department of internship is oncology. It's creepy to just listen to the name of the department, because there are all cancer patients here, and the condition is definitely more serious. Even laymen know that patients in oncology department will inevitably have some radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Chemotherapeutic drugs do great harm to the human body, and the respiratory tract alone will spread. If the liquid medicine accidentally spills into the eyes or directly touches the skin, low-dose drugs will induce mutagenicity and chromosome aberration, which has potential dangers such as carcinogenesis, teratogenesis and organ damage, and usually there will be obvious symptoms such as leukopenia, alopecia and abnormal menstruation.
When I got home, I searched the internet for this knowledge, learned the measures to deal with it in time and how to protect myself. The preparation of chemotherapy drugs should be carried out on a special machine console to avoid the spilled liquid and powder from spreading in the air. Wear a disposable mask before preparation to prevent respiratory inhalation; Wearing protective clothing, disposable gloves and rubber gloves, and disposable hats are all protection for yourself. After the operation, all medical wastes should be put together in yellow bags, tied with knots, and then washed carefully. Wear gloves when pulling out the needle after adding medicine and transfusion, so as to minimize unnecessary contact with chemotherapy drugs. Picc (Peripheral Central Venous Catheter) is the most common in oncology department, which can avoid extravasation of liquid medicine, with good safety, simple operation and effective indwelling time of up to one year.
Coming to the oncology department is still an unaccustomed beginning, and I have encountered many unhappy things in the process of deliberately adapting myself. Some patients here are waiting for recovery after surgery, and some are waiting for death to approach day by day. Because compared with internal medicine, the patients in oncology department are seriously ill, so the patients' own pain is also serious, even unbearable, and their natural mood and mood are not very good. For our nurse interns, it is really difficult to adapt at first, and we can't understand the patient's grumpy mood well, let alone tolerate their "connivance". But as the days passed, I gradually understood the patient's illness and the family's worries, and then put myself in the other's shoes, which was really hard to accept. Cancer! What a terrible word it is in people's minds! Can be equated with "hopeless". What we can do is not only do our job well, but also give patients hope and do things with a hopeful mood, so that patients can see our positive side.
As nurses, our work is closely related to the patient's condition. For patients, it is also necessary for us to do our best for this job. Be absolutely serious in your work and have extraordinary patience.
Summary of the work of pediatric dental nurses 6
Time flies, 20__ years have passed. Looking back on the past year, I can't help but feel deeply. Over the past year, under the care and direct leadership of hospital leaders and head nurses, and with the care and help of my colleagues, I have consciously studied the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, studied professional knowledge diligently, and strived to improve my theoretical knowledge and professional level in line with the service tenet of "patient-centered and patient-oriented". The nursing work assigned by hospital leaders at all levels has been well completed, and with the care, support and help of comrades, new progress has been made in thought, study and work, which is summarized as follows:
First, be strict with yourself, consciously strengthen party spirit cultivation, and further improve party spirit cultivation and political and ideological consciousness.
Over the past year, I have always adhered to the Marxist-Leninist stand, viewpoint and methodology, dialectical materialism and historical materialism to analyze and observe things, distinguish right from wrong, adhere to the truth, adhere to the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, guide my study, work and life practice with the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and actively build a solid defense against bourgeois democratic liberalization, money worship and liberalism. Love the motherland, China * * * production party, love socialism, support the leadership of China * * * production party, support reform and opening up, firmly believe that socialism will eventually defeat capitalism, and have confidence in socialism. Conscientiously implement the party's line, principles and policies and do a good job in socialist construction. Proactive, diligent, fearless, conscientious, and make contributions in ordinary jobs.
Second, strengthen theoretical and professional study, and constantly improve their overall quality.
(1) is to strengthen self-discipline education and professional ethics education. Honesty and self-discipline, professional ethics and ideological and moral quality directly affect the quality and image of nurses. Therefore, after several times of clean government education and skills training a year, I understand that we should adhere to the principle of "honesty and self-discipline, strict law enforcement and enthusiastic service", take people's satisfaction as the fundamental starting point for doing a good job, and always put the interests of the party and the people first through in-depth education on the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, professional ethics education and ideological and moral education. Strengthen the self-cultivation of "four selves", that is, "self-respect, self-examination, self-vigilance and self-motivation", give play to the initiative spirit of nurses, reflect, warn and motivate themselves with their own professional ethics standards, and truly cultivate their own moral quality.
(2) Yes, I also pay great attention to the professional image of nurses. I pay attention to civilized and polite service in my daily work, adhere to civilized language, be dignified in appearance, dress neatly, don't wear heavy makeup, don't wear high heels, don't ring my shoes, have a polite attitude and have a standardized language. Seriously study the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents and its laws and regulations, and actively participate in the learning activities of the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents organized by the hospital, which enriched the legal knowledge and enhanced the awareness of safety protection. Under the active and serious guidance of the head nurse, I have made great progress and improvement in many aspects. At ordinary times, I insist on participating in the monthly business study of the department, attending the morning meeting every Tuesday, insisting on nursing rounds for critically ill patients and training for three basic nurses. I have achieved excellent results in every technical exercise exam organized by the nursing department. In the course of one year's work, I can always adhere to the service concept of "patient-centered, quality-centered" and improve my own quality and emergency response ability.
Third, work hard and finish the task on time.
Studied in icu, respiratory department and comprehensive surgery successively. I think if you want to combine the theoretical knowledge you have learned before with the actual clinical work, you must be strict with yourself in your usual work and consult more teachers.
On the other hand, I use my spare time to study business hard and master the essentials. In the past year, I mainly worked in respiratory medicine and comprehensive surgery, which is the focus of clinical work. Internal medicine focuses on observing the changes of illness, while surgery should calmly deal with emergencies, such as the emergency treatment of chest tube falling off, so the pace of surgery is faster than that of internal medicine, and the work is busier and more trivial than that of internal medicine. I remember the first time I went to the operation, I was not used to it, but I was not afraid of what I had never done. In order to do a good job and obey the arrangement of the leader, I am not afraid of trouble. I asked the teacher, learned from my colleagues and explored my own methods. In a short time, I became familiar with the surgical work, understood the responsibilities of each class, clarified the procedures and direction of the work, improved my working ability, and formed a clear working idea in the specific work, which enabled the work to be carried out smoothly.
With the goal of "doing better", we have cultivated innovative consciousness and successfully completed the following duties: assisting the head nurse in ward management and sorting out medical documents. Seriously receive every patient, treat every patient as his friends and relatives, and always put yourself in others' shoes. Do a good job in writing medical documents. The writing of medical documents needs to be serious and responsible, with a correct attitude and clear thinking. I seriously study the writing standard of department documents, and carefully write general nursing records, nursing records of critically ill patients and rescue records. Abide by the rules and regulations and keep in mind the three basics (basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills) and three strictness (serious attitude, strict requirements and strict methods). In order to improve the theoretical and operational level of each nurse, the nursing department conducts theoretical and operational examinations every month, setting high standards for their work. Work attitude should be correct, "doctors are parents". I take it as my duty to do everything possible to alleviate the pain of patients. I hope all patients can recover soon, so every time I enter the ward, I spare no effort to encourage them with limited time, patiently help them understand their illness, establish confidence in overcoming the disease, and silently pray for their early recovery. Love your job, be able to treat every job correctly and seriously, devote yourself to your work, serve everyone enthusiastically, abide by labor discipline seriously, ensure attendance on time, have a high attendance rate, make effective use of working time, stick to your post, need to work overtime on time, and ensure that the work can be completed on time.
Make a personal work plan before the start of work, give priority to finish all the work in time, achieve the expected effect, complete the work with good quality and quantity, and have high work efficiency. At the same time, I also learned a lot at work and exercised myself. Through unremitting efforts, I have made great progress in my work, created a new situation in my work and made due contributions to people's health.
Of course, I still have some shortcomings to improve. For example, in study, sometimes I feel impetuous, I feel that I have too much to learn, and I am impetuous, especially when I encounter setbacks, and I can't handle it calmly. At work, sometimes the standard is low. Although I can basically perform my duties and obligations, my initiative needs to be further improved, which is what I need to improve and improve in the future. In the past year, I thank the hospital leaders and head nurses for their education, guidance, criticism and help, and my colleagues for their concern and support. Looking back on the past, there have been many advances and improvements, but there are also some shortcomings; Looking forward to the future, we should carry forward our own advantages and overcome our own shortcomings. Contribute to the bright future of the hospital!

The department increased the turnover of equipment disinfection supply and strictly investigated all kinds of infections. * * * Disinfect all kinds of instruments and surgical kits 1 19726 times, which improved the use efficiency of sterile items, further standardized sterile items and various operations, and all indicators reached the standard in the inspection of nursing department and surgical clinical department.
Second, departments hold academic lectures every Monday at noon to explain clinical difficult cases and specialized knowledge, require general practitioners to attend, and encourage nurses to actively participate in general lectures, which not only improves the level of clinical medical cooperation, but also helps to solve common clinical difficult diseases and improve everyone's basic theoretical knowledge.
Third, oral assistants are required to strengthen their study, improve their communication skills, do a good job in all kinds of communication training, improve cooperation efficiency and work quality, increase the training of nursing service quality, organize all staff to participate in service etiquette training, hold slide lecture competitions, improve the professional knowledge and lecture skills of nursing partners, strengthen the communication between doctors and nurses, enhance the consciousness and initiative of serving patients, improve the ability to prevent and deal with adverse events, and realize nursing.

Fifth, strengthen the pre-diagnosis consultation education, especially for the high requirements of the elderly person in charge of the ninth consulting room, children's dental children and their parents, and increase the pre-diagnosis health education. Ask and discuss patients' opinions many times. The contents of Pre-diagnosis Counseling Education Manual were revised and supplemented, and patients were patiently explained, which helped patients to understand the whole medical treatment process and matters needing attention before seeing a doctor, saved time, improved efficiency, was well received by patients, and also improved the quality and communication ability of nursing staff.
6. Establish and improve the rules and regulations: take the opportunity of reaching the standard year and high standards, carefully study the relevant rules and regulations, unify the layout, standards and requirements of articles in each clinic, strengthen the sample inspection and registration, and centrally register and keep them to ensure safety and beautify the clinic environment.
Seven, according to the characteristics of oral nursing, organize experienced oral assistants to write the workflow of nursing specialty, standardize the whole process from accepting patients to the end of diagnosis and treatment, and constantly revise it to make oral nursing more routine and standardized.
Eight. Disinfection management of instruments: continue to disinfect all kinds of instruments in strict accordance with the requirements of disinfection and sterilization of oral instruments, update worn-out instruments and instrument trays, strengthen the detection of disinfection effect of instruments, ensure medical safety and prevent cross-infection.

Unfinished work: The protective film for air gun disinfection designed and manufactured jointly with the Medical Engineering Center is an innovation to save the cost of oral disinfection in outpatient department this year. Because of the material problem, it can't be produced, and further research will be done in the second half of the year.
The main problems in management are that there are many consulting rooms and the staff are scattered. The problems in each consulting room cannot be completely exposed because the staff on duty know the situation. There are still omissions in the inspection of details and dead ends.
In the second half of the year, according to the characteristics of specialties and the allocation of nurses, we will further strengthen specialty skills and service level, organize everyone to learn specialty theory and four-handed operation coordination technology, provide high-quality nursing cooperation for doctors, strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability, and strive for the publication of scientific research papers. Strengthen the management of waiting areas and consultation rooms to provide patients and staff with a warmer and more comfortable medical and working environment.
