(1) The station building shall be a first-class and second-class fire-resistant building and reasonably arranged in different areas. The area of each fire zone in the waiting room (engine room) shall comply with the provisions of the fire protection code. Fire partition should be separated by firewall, and fire shutter or water curtain can be used when it is difficult.
② The number of emergency exits in the waiting room and the total width of stairs and walkways should be determined by calculation. Among them, there should be no less than two safety exits; The evacuation width of stairs and walkways should not be less than 0.65m per1000 people, and the minimum width should not be less than 1.4m. No steps should be set within1.4m near the door. The opening direction of the evacuation door should be outward. The waiting room (engine room) should not be equipped with revolving doors and sliding doors. Evacuation stairs and stairs on evacuation passages should not adopt spiral stairs and fan-shaped steps.
(3) The ventilation and air conditioning pipes shall be made of incombustible materials, and the pipes shall be equipped with automatic fire dampers. When the ventilation pipeline must pass through the firewall, a fire damper should be set at the crossing place. The insulation material of the air duct within 2m on both sides of the firewall should be incombustible, and the gaps at the crossing place should be filled with incombustible materials.
④ In the interior decoration of the waiting room, the use of combustible materials must be strictly controlled. Such as ceilings, partitions, doors and windows, etc. , should be made of incombustible materials, and polymer materials are prohibited. At the same time, the reconstruction shall not destroy or affect the original building separation and evacuation facilities.
⑤ The holes and gaps between the building floors crossing the cable should be plugged with incombustible materials; All kinds of shafts shall be decorated with incombustible materials, and the access doors shall be Class C fire doors with fire resistance not less than 0.6h.
(2) Standardize the setting of electrical equipment to reduce the possibility of fire.
① The power cord and signal cord are laid in different cable troughs. If they must be laid together, the power cord should be sheathed in metal or armored.
(2) When the lighting lines pass through the ceiling or other hidden places, they should be laid through metal pipes, and junction boxes should be installed at the joints.
(3) The waiting room (machine) is forbidden to pull wires and install mobile lamps at will, and red-hot electrical appliances such as electric heating rods and electric furnaces are not allowed to be used.
(4) Improve fire control facilities and equipment, and be ready to put out the fire.
⑤ The waiting room should be equipped with automatic fire-fighting facilities such as automatic alarm system and automatic sprinkler system according to technical specifications such as Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings (GB 50016-2014). At the same time, emergency lighting, evacuation signs and indoor fire water supply facilities should be set up in accordance with regulations.
⑥ The water consumption of indoor fire hydrant should be calculated and determined according to the number of water guns used at the same time and the length of enriched water column, and the enriched water column of two water guns should reach any part indoors at the same time, and the length of enriched water column of water guns should not be less than 7m. When the pressure of fire pipe network cannot be guaranteed, temporary pressurization measures such as water tank and booster pump should be taken. The fire hydrant should be located in an obvious and convenient position, with the height of the spigot from the ground being 1. 1m, and the outlet direction should be downward or perpendicular to the wall where the fire hydrant is installed. The distance between fire hydrants should not exceed 50 meters.
⑦ The waiting area should be equipped with portable fire extinguishers according to Code for Design of Fire Extinguisher Configuration in Buildings (GB 50 140—2005), and eye-catching fire extinguisher indication signs should be set.
(3) Strengthen the daily fire prevention management to ensure the fire safety of the waiting room.
(a) the station should strengthen fire prevention propaganda, set up fire safety propaganda warning signs in a prominent position at the entrance, and publicize the danger of carrying inflammable and explosive articles into the station and the importance of safe travel to passengers through radio, television and other media, so that passengers can consciously abide by the fire safety regulations; At the same time, it is necessary to strictly implement the "three products" blocking work to prevent passengers from carrying flammable and explosive dangerous goods into the station.
② Opening commercial outlets in the waiting room should be approved by the public security fire department; Counters and booths shall not occupy evacuation routes, block safety exits and fire control facilities; It is not allowed to store and deal in flammable materials in large quantities; Prohibit the use and operation of flammable and explosive dangerous goods such as fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gas; Don't heat food with an open flame.
(3) The waiting room should be equipped with a special passenger smoking room, and the passenger service personnel should strengthen inspections. It is strictly forbidden for passengers to smoke in the waiting room to prevent passengers from littering cigarette butts and match stalks.
(4) The waiting room should arrange passengers' waiting seats reasonably, and leave enough unobstructed evacuation passages; At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the management and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities and equipment, and seats, counters and stacked items shall not be set within the range of 1.5m around the fire hydrant to ensure that the fire hydrant will not fail or be buried.
⑤ The passenger service personnel in the waiting room (machine room) should conduct regular fire protection training and education, in line with the "Four Knows and Four Meetings" (know the fire risk of this post, know the fire prevention measures of this post, know the fire extinguishing methods, and know the knowledge of prevention, escape and self-help; Will call the police, will use fire fighting equipment, will deal with the initial fire accident, will guide the people present to evacuate).
⑥ The station should establish an emergency plan for fire accidents, and often organize drills to ensure that fire alarm, fire fighting and rescue and passenger evacuation can be carried out in an orderly manner in case of fire.
