Indeed, one should not be arrogant. With pride, people tend to be conceited and think that they are capable and superior to others, thus becoming arrogant. This is a harbinger of his future failure. But there must be "pride" without "pride". What is pride? That is, you should have ambition, self-confidence and indomitable character.
