This standard aims to unify the writing and editing formats of scientific and technological reports, dissertations and academic papers (hereinafter referred to as reports and papers), and facilitate the collection, storage, processing, retrieval, utilization, communication and dissemination of information systems. Third, eyebrows and page numbers
