First, pay attention to ideological content.

Students' ideological work is the central link of class construction. To do a good job in students' ideological work, first, we should guide students to start with details and small things around them, such as standing correctly when raising and lowering the national flag, picking up and cleaning up waste products that affect the cleanliness of the environment, closing windows and locking doors in time and so on. Second, the class teacher should practice and influence the students with words and deeds. You should participate in activities with students as much as possible, fully understand and master their psychological dynamics, sincerely care for students in your study and life, and naturally integrate their voices with the ideological education you will give them. Third, civilized behavior and law-abiding should be implemented in students' activities from schools, classes and recess, and students' good habits in language, behavior, discipline, hygiene, study and etiquette should be paid attention to. Fourth, correctly handle the relationships such as trust, care, strictness, home visits without complaints, and thoughtful service.

Second, strengthen planning.

Planning is an important part of refined class management. When making plans, we should respect and adopt the suggestions and opinions put forward by teachers and students. The plan has both long-term and short-term goals, so it should be comprehensive and pay attention to details. Lao Tzu said:

"Great things in the world must be done in the details." Many things in class management are hidden in smallness, and eternity is bred in brevity. Class work is trivial, complicated and trivial, but it is these seemingly trivial things that determine the management quality and educational effect.

Third, it is scientific.

Class style, study style, customs, etc. According to the actual situation of students' structure and age, the students' acceptance ability should be fully considered, which conforms to the law of education, is conducive to the development of students' morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, avoids arbitrariness, conforms to students' reality and is operable. Fourth, stimulate enthusiasm.

The third is to try the weekly report of class cadres. Fifth, strengthen coordination.

Teachers' care and participation play an important role in the quality of class management. Therefore, to do a good job in class requires the "cooperation" of teachers, who are the people who have the most contact with students in school except the head teacher. In the process of getting along with students, we can find the phenomenon that the class teacher is unaware of. The head teacher should take the initiative to coordinate the relationship with the teacher, invite the teacher to attend the parent-teacher conference and talk about the theme education. Often analyze the class situation with teachers, brainstorm, let all teachers think in one place and make efforts in one place, integrate the branch education of teachers to students into an organic and unified overall education, form a benign "group effect", find bad tendencies and behaviors, and prescribe the right medicine.

Sixth, establish a vision.

The head teacher should not only be responsible for the current students, but also be responsible for the students' life, and can put the evaluation of students in 10 and 20 years. We should be tolerant of students' mistakes, and students who often make minor "faults" must not draw the conclusion that they are hopeless. We should be patient in ideological education, lend a helping hand in time, give more enthusiastic encouragement, less criticism and punishment, and create more conditions for them to correct their shortcomings and "faults".
