In recent years, with the penetration of computers in the social field, the application of single chip microcomputer has been deepened, and at the same time, it has also driven the updating of traditional control detection. In the application system of single chip microcomputer for real-time detection and automatic control, single chip microcomputer is often used as the core component. Single-chip microcomputer was born with the development of VLSI technology. Because of its small size, strong function and high cost performance. The application of single chip microcomputer in temperature control, with single chip microcomputer as the main control unit and contactless control, can complete the requirements of temperature acquisition and control. Therefore, it is widely used in electronic instruments, household appliances, energy-saving devices, robots, industrial control and many other fields, making products miniaturized and intelligent, which not only improves the function and quality of products, but also reduces the cost and simplifies the design.
The periodically running resistance furnace can be used for heating elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research units, and can also be used for quenching, annealing and tempering of ordinary small steel parts. The original resistance furnace needs to be used with the thermostat. The thermocouple signal at the detection end is sent to the temperature indicating regulator, and then the contactor is controlled to supply power to the resistance furnace to realize the measurement, indication and automatic control of the temperature of the resistance furnace. The temperature of resistance furnace fluctuates greatly and the control accuracy is low.
This paper mainly introduces the application of single chip microcomputer in temperature control of resistance furnace, and introduces the composition of temperature control module and the main devices selected in detail. According to the specific requirements, this paper has compiled a software program suitable for this design.
