First, the structural specification of graduation thesis

Graduation thesis generally consists of three parts:

The first part includes preface (or preface), abstract and table of contents (it must be divided into chapters, sections and marked with page numbers)

The second part is the main body of the paper (that is, the main body of the paper)

The third part is the appendix, including detailed formula derivation, experimental data, calculation program, original data, data, equipment conditions and references cited by others.

Second, the length and workload of graduation thesis

1. Graduation thesis must reflect the workload of graduates.

2. The text of the paper should be more than 8,000 words, and the Chinese abstract of the paper should be between 300 and 500 words.

3. The author should read a lot of relevant Chinese and foreign literature before and after the topic selection, and the minimum reading for each graduate student is 10. The names of Chinese and foreign literatures read are listed in the appendix of the paper in the form of "references".

Third, the graduation thesis format requirements

2. Preface. In the preface, you should write the background and motivation of the question and explain that your work is useful and meaningful (just to encourage readers to continue reading). Usually, after introducing the work at home and abroad, you can use the word "but" to point out the shortcomings of the previous work and lead to your own work. In the preface, briefly describe my main achievements (for example, clearly list several articles to illustrate the main work and achievements of this paper). At the end of the preface, the structure of the article and the contents of each section are introduced.

3. Abstract: 300-500 words abstract of the paper. The abstract of the paper should be a complete essay, which can be used or quoted independently. It should summarize the main information of the paper, including the research purpose, research methods, research results and final conclusions, with emphasis on the results and conclusions.

4. Contents: List chapters and sections, and indicate the page numbers of each chapter and section. Appendices and attachments should also be numbered.

5. Papers and abstracts need to be printed and submitted on floppy disks.

6. References: According to the order in which references appear in the paper, they are given by codes, such as [1], [2] and so on. References include monographs, academic journals, academic conferences, technical reports, etc. See the attachment for the print format.

7. Numbers, tables, formulas, etc. This article is numbered with Arabic numerals in chapter order. As shown in figure 1, table 1 formula (1-1), etc.

8. The external dimensions of paper shall be printed and bound according to A4 standard, and shall not be arbitrarily enlarged or reduced.

Fourth, the format structure and typesetting requirements of graduation thesis

1. Page layout of paper catalog

First of all, the layout of the table of contents is only ranked to the second-level titles, namely chapters and sections.

Second: set the word "directory" in small three bold in the middle.

Third: Prefaces, abstracts and other prefaces are typeset in the left top box, page numbers are marked with capital Roman numerals, and typeset in the right top box.

Fourth: the top box on the left of the title of the catalogue is typeset, the page numbers are marked with Arabic numerals and brackets, and the top box on the right is typeset.
