Generally speaking, data can be grouped at equal intervals, and the number of data in each interval (actual times) is counted, thus forming a distribution. Then calculate the theoretical times of each group of intervals (calculated by poisspdf distribution), and finally calculate the chi-square values of actual times and theoretical times. The latter obeys chi-square distribution (chi2pdf) and can be used for significance test.
