Winding machine users all hope to process beautiful coils with equipment to improve production efficiency and uniformity of coil quality. Modern winding equipment is superior to traditional manual winding in many aspects, so how can we give full play to the efficiency of winding equipment and process coils that meet the requirements? First, the reasonable formulation and setting of winding process. As we all know, to produce electrical coils, we must first formulate a complete production process and make standardized guidance and norms for the whole production process. Then it is very important to make a process. Reasonable technology can reduce the defective rate of products and improve the production efficiency of products. After the process is completed, some parameters involved in the process need to be input into the control system of the winding equipment. There is a certain gap between the design value and the actual value, which needs to be reflected by the operator. Second, the adjustment of auxiliary functions The winding machine has many auxiliary functions to assist the winding operation. Tension mechanism and winding die are very important accessories. The tension value directly affects the tightness of the coil, and the precise size of the die will affect the accuracy of equipment arrangement.
