The year of * * has passed gently. Looking back on the work of 20 1 1, there are fruitful joy, hard work and melancholy when encountering difficulties and setbacks. Time flies. Unconsciously, the promising year of 20 10 has ended with the bell at the beginning of the new year. Personal work is summarized as follows:
Politically and ideologically, I can adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, support the socialist system, abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, be rigorous and realistic, obey the arrangements, unite with comrades, have a decent style of study, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a good professional ethics, care about patients and win their trust.
Medical work: I mainly focus on outpatient treatment, and insist on it all day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and take eye surgery for postgraduate outpatient service on Tuesday morning and Saturday afternoon (unless class is over). In the whole year, 9,065,438+02 people went to see an ophthalmologist (plus those who visited on Saturday and Sunday mornings), and 265,438+00 patients were hospitalized. They did their best, had a clear conscience, and the patients and their families were satisfied. The number of outpatients and inpatients ranks first in the ophthalmology department of this hospital.
In the teaching, I taught Chinese ophthalmology to two classes of clinical Chinese medicine, 1 and 2006. Instruct 25 senior doctors and interns. A graduate student graduated with honors and successfully found a job. A graduate student started the topic on time and collected more than half of the information. A new graduate student was recruited this year.
In terms of editing, two monographs on ophthalmology with practical value were published and distributed nationwide. In addition, the first drafts of five monographs (to be published) including chief editor, deputy chief editor, participants and ophthalmology have been completed.
Scientific research: there are two provincial and ministerial scientific research projects under way, which are the main participants, ranking second and third respectively. The first author published 4 papers in provincial and national newspapers, and the second or correspondent author published 3 papers in provincial and national newspapers; 22 popular science articles.
In business study: On 20/0/0, he participated in three provincial and national academic conferences on ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and participated in 72 hours of self-funded computer training in his spare time. Passed the rigorous examination and obtained three modules of "National Computer Application Ability Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel". Usually, I can seriously study business technology, subscribe to various ophthalmology magazines at my own expense, collect and buy a large number of the latest books on ophthalmology of Chinese and Western medicine, often go to the library and go to the websites of HowNet, Weipu and Wanfang to consult and collect information, extensively dabble in the development and progress of ophthalmology at home and abroad, and seriously guide junior doctors.
Popular science work: 386 popular science articles and essays were published in Netease's "Ophthalmologist Zhang Jian Blog"/more than 300 of them were original; 748 sentences mood. Go out to the hospital for outpatient treatment during the day and prescribe; I update my blog at home at night, reply to messages, rely on my blog silently, and enthusiastically answer questions for patients, with a large number of readers and high reputation. In recent years, Netease blog has received 204,430 hits.
