The infrared thermometer uses the infrared sensor to collect the thermal radiation of the measured object, and converts the optical signal collected by the infrared sensor into an electrical signal through the conversion circuit, and then sends the electrical signal to the single chip microcomputer after being processed by the amplification circuit, A/D conversion and other unit circuits. Finally, the single chip microcomputer analyzes and processes the electrical signal with data information, and converts the electrical signal into the corresponding temperature value for display and output. The infrared thermometer designed this time is mainly composed of infrared sensor, amplification circuit, A/D conversion circuit and display circuit. Because the infrared thermometer designed this time is small in size and low in price, some highly integrated chips are used in the design. The amplifier chip adopts ICL7650, the A/D conversion chip adopts ADC0809, MCS-5 1 series single chip microcomputer, the driving bit adopts 74LS48, and the display adopts 7-segment digital tube LED display screen.
