How to Infiltrate Legal Education in Chinese Classroom Teaching
Modern society is a society ruled by law, and the main weapon for people to protect themselves is law. Therefore, strengthening the legal education for minors has become an important part of the ideological and moral construction project for minors. However, at present, there are many problems in legal education in primary and secondary schools in China, such as boring methods, divorced from the reality of primary and secondary school students' life and study, and lack of effectiveness, which leads to students' passive acceptance of legal education, which not only fails to improve students' legal awareness, but also causes students' negative resistance, thus deviating from the original intention of carrying out legal education in schools. It is imperative to develop new legal education resources in schools. "Can legal education be infiltrated into subject teaching, so that students can get a double harvest of subject knowledge and legal knowledge in the classroom?" A bold and creative subject is before us. Because, infiltrating law education into subject teaching can not only expand students' horizons and thinking depth on the basis of consolidating subject knowledge, but also reflect the close relationship between law and our lives and help students understand the positive role of law in our real life in many ways and angles.

Chinese teaching bears the function of humanistic education, but the conscious legal education of teachers to students in Chinese classroom teaching is almost blank. Under the background of the increasingly significant importance of social legal system, how should we deal with the current situation of students' weak legal literacy, lack of self-discipline awareness, lack of self-protection ability and lagging legal education in Chinese subject education? In the practice of Chinese teaching for many years, I found that it is a realistic, operable and effective way to infiltrate legal education in Chinese classroom teaching and fully, reasonably and scientifically tap the legal education resources in Chinese courses. This kind of "legal eye" interpretation, which re-examines the text with a modern eye and appreciates the legal text and legal events with an artistic eye, not only helps students deepen their understanding of the content of the text, but also allows the sacred light of the legal system to enter the Chinese classroom and shine into their hearts. Then, how to infiltrate legal education in Chinese classroom? Here are my suggestions:

First, carry out legal education in Chinese activities.

As a school, many kinds of extracurricular activities will be held in the class, and we can also skillfully integrate legal education into these activities.

For example, after learning The Merchant of Venice, I held a Chinese activity of "mock trial" in my class, so that students could choose a "class unsolved case" for court trial and defense. Require both the original and the defendant and the presiding judge, a complaint and defense, a court statement and defense, witnesses, evidence, material evidence, the judgment of the final appeal judge and so on. The students' enthusiasm and active participation not only improved their interest in learning Chinese, but also exercised their language expression and thinking ability. They also had a more vivid and intuitive impression of the trial, and their awareness of the legal system was naturally greatly enhanced.

When learning "tree", we can lead students to carry out the activity of "I write a complaint for" old tree "; When learning antelope woodcarving, students can be organized to hold a debate contest on "Who moved my antelope woodcarving"; After the "Fuyang Fake Milk Powder" incident that shocked the whole country, students can be asked to set up a comprehensive practical course "I am a lawyer for a big-headed doll" ... This series of activities will enable students to enjoy the civilized air in the legal palace and swim in the Chinese world.

In addition, the lesson of "chameleon", for example, can cause students to question: "Is Ralph's practice in line with legal procedures? What kind of legal process can I see at that time? " ; The article "Kong Yiji" can inspire students to think: "Is Ding's way of treating Kong Yiji legal? What crime did he commit if his behavior was put into today's society? What kind of punishment will it be? " ; When teaching Mr. Hu Shi's My Mother, we can design such a question: "My mother was so angry that she burst into tears after being slandered by her fifth uncle, and then she chose to question her face to face to defend her dignity. In today's legal society, can you point out the legal way to solve the problem for her?

Looking at everyone's smiling faces, I said while the iron was hot, "classmates, in fact, each of us has these four qualities." In order to achieve our lofty goals in life, we must aim high, be strong-willed, overcome our lazy enjoyment, resist all kinds of temptations around us, be loyal to our own pursuits, and forge ahead bravely. We will certainly achieve a brilliant life! "

The speech contest of "Youth, Stay Away from Internet Cafes" made the students soberly realize that they should not indulge in Internet cafes, but should use their great youth in their studies and strive to get good grades as soon as possible in order to repay their teachers, parents and other relatives. By holding a speech contest on how teenagers can protect themselves, students can clearly understand what is the real way to protect themselves and so on. Some student debates can also be held, and the theme can be set as: "Should we talk to strangers?" "Is money everything?" "Is it necessary to be corrupt as an official?"

Therefore, it is very important to carry out legal education in various Chinese teaching activities.

Second, legal education in reading.

When students learn to read, we can make good use of this way to carry out legal education, and we can get unexpected results. In Chinese teaching, students are required to read many extracurricular masterpieces, among which The Journey to the West and Water Margin are the classics that students are very willing to read. Taking The Journey to the West as an example, this paper talks about how to make use of the platform of extracurricular reading to educate students in legal system in time.

Tang Sanzang, the Monkey King, Pig and Friar Sand in The Journey to the West are images of teenagers who like listening to music. Stories such as "the Monkey King makes a scene in Heaven", "Monkey King Thrice Defeats the Skeleton Demon" and "True and False Tang Priest" are even more detailed. When the students were most interested in talking, I asked, "Students, do you know what the author Wu Cheng'en wants to tell us with these images?" Looking at everyone's inexplicable appearance, I said: these four images actually represent four qualities of a person. Think about it. What are they?

After heated discussion, we finally came to the conclusion that Tang Sanzang represents ideal, the Monkey King represents perseverance, Pig Eight Rings represents laziness, and Friar Sand represents loyalty. When a master and apprentice encounter eighty-one difficulties and get the true scriptures, it means that a person grows up healthily and eventually becomes a great cause.

The Water Margin is one of China's four classical novels. This novel has a tortuous plot and vivid characters. In particular, the article "Kansai in Lutaiquan Town" has vivid characters and exquisite description techniques. Teachers pay attention to Lu Tihai when guiding students to read, exchange and evaluate, which is commendable, because he hates evil and helps others, while Zheng Tu is tyrannical and selfish and should be killed. As teachers, can we be considerate and let the students discuss whether Zheng Tu deserves to die? Even if you die, is it a personal pleasure? Let the students understand that this kind of behavior was a crime in the Song Dynasty, today and even in the future. You know, the subtle influence of literary works is far greater than an empty legal reader. Imagine: If students agree with Lu and Song Jiang's passionate crimes and imitate them in similar situations, it will be counterproductive to create a harmonious legal society. Therefore, on the basis of a clear understanding of emotions, there should be doubts and differences about the way to deal with problems. Let students understand that they are "heroes" under specific historical conditions, the product of history, and a person's life is precious. To deprive a person of his life, the public security organ must rely on strict procedures and make a ruling with conclusive evidence. Therefore, it is the core of legal education to cultivate legal consciousness in Chinese classroom teaching.

This kind of legal teaching in reading will enable students to consciously enhance their legal awareness from their own practical considerations.

Thirdly, legal education in students' writing.

Sports is the highest state of learning Chinese, which is not only the individual's deep feeling of life phenomenon, but also the individual's unique experience of life practice. Introducing legal events into exercise teaching can induce students to think, analyze, compare, reflect, discuss and summarize, which can not only deepen students' ideological understanding and improve the level of exercises, but also standardize students' legal behavior.

1. Use the language features of legal provisions to guide students to appreciate the writing methods of expository articles and realize the importance of using words accurately. Explanatory writing is an important part of stylistics. The teaching of expository writing, especially the teaching of factual expository writing, is a headache for most Chinese teachers because it is boring. In fact, legal provisions can be our best assistants to explain things in teaching. For example, guiding students to read the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Education Law of the People's Republic of China can help them understand the accuracy, order and conciseness of their legal language and the seriousness and strictness of legal provisions. In addition, we can also grasp some specific legal provisions, such as Article 29 of Chapter IV of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, which stipulates that "teachers should respect students' personality, not discriminate against students, not impose corporal punishment on students, corporal punishment in disguised form or other acts that insult their personal dignity, and not infringe on their legitimate rights and interests." Article 35 of Chapter 5 stipulates that "the state encourages schools and teachers to adopt heuristic education and other teaching methods to improve the quality of education and teaching", and requires students to ponder the meaning and usage of words such as "should", "shouldn't" and "encourage" in the provisions, so as to achieve the requirements of accurate and rigorous use of words in expository writing and ponder the skills and methods of tempering words in expository writing.

2. Use legal documents to guide students to learn how to use narrative expression reasonably in argumentative and applied articles. Because students have been writing narratives for a long time, they have developed the habit of using a lot of details such as rendering, layout, exaggeration, processing and fiction in narratives, which is inappropriate in the writing of practical articles such as argumentative papers and investigation reports. In order to help students complete this change in writing thinking, we can find some legal documents such as complaints, pleadings and judgments, so that students can understand in reading that the narrative of a specific style should be objective, accurate, clear, clear, concise and plain. With the most vivid, intuitive and typical examples, let students clearly distinguish the different uses of narrative in different styles.

3. Collect the titles of "legal reports" and experience writing skills. The "Legal Report" column of CCTV is deeply loved by everyone. Its success is not only because the topics are close to people's lives, telling the truth vividly, promoting morality and popularizing legal knowledge, but also because the topics in each issue are very good. This is a good way to teach us writing skills. Students can watch it regularly every day, collect novel, unique, profound and eye-catching topics, classify them according to different angles, and experience the skills and methods of planning topics. Some people use the title of the song, the title of the film, and the title of the film and television drama to mention the title. For example, the name of a corrupt official in Appearance comes from Li's Officialdom Appears, while the title of Rich Dad, Poor Dad immediately reminds people of the world bestseller of the same name, and The Soul is Broken and Clear, which is adapted from the classic movie Blue Bridge, while Why am I Always Injured borrows popular songs that are familiar to everyone. There are many rhetorical devices used to explain the topic, such as "Who will testify for me?" "Is he a hero? The use of rhetorical questions, puns in Face/Guan, personification in Sighing Old Trees and Lake with Long Legs, and irony in Revealing the True Face of MLM, etc. Some people use reverse thinking to come up with unexpected problems, such as "dangerous safe". It is surprising to decorate "safe" with "danger", and "thief tells master" is unusual and attracts people's attention. Students enjoy it and study easily, which has played a good teaching effect.

To sum up, in the legal education of students, it is necessary to teach them legal knowledge and cultivate their legal concepts, so it is particularly necessary to put legal education in the main position of Chinese teaching. Therefore, as Chinese teachers, we should actively find ways to fully, reasonably and scientifically tap the legal education resources in Chinese courses. At the same time, as a Chinese teacher, we should also use our brains in daily trivial education and teaching work, actively find ways to carry out legal education, improve students' legal quality and lay a solid foundation for their healthy and rapid growth!
