Second, the organic wastewater treatment method

Third, industrial wastewater treatment methods

Industrial wastewater from slaughterhouses, tanneries, starch factories, breweries, paper mills, etc. It can be effectively purified by beneficial microbial preparation of ecological polymer solution. The method is as follows: 250 times of ecological polymer diluent is added at the entrance according to the flow rate of 1% (while flowing), and the wastewater flows into the primary sedimentation tank. The wastewater from public toilets is often not treated in time or improperly, which causes serious pollution to the environment and adds a heavy burden to urban sanitation work. According to statistics, the annual fecal output in China reaches tens of millions of tons, and it is increasing at the rate of 10% every year. Especially in recent years, with the rapid expansion of urban construction scale and the sharp increase of urban population, it is more important and urgent to study the treatment of fecal sewage.

The existing methods of manure treatment in China are as follows: first, they are applied to farmland; The second is discharged into water. The former consumes a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources because of backward means of transportation and long transportation distance, while the latter often pollutes water and harms human health.

Based on the above situation, in order to explore a new way of harmless treatment of feces, we cooperated with a company in June 1996 10, and used the effective microbial flora of eco-polymer solution developed by Japanese professors. According to the principle of micro-ecological engineering, we applied it to the research of toilet fecal sewage for the first time by combining biotechnology with engineering technology, and achieved good results. It laid a good foundation for thoroughly solving the problem of urban feces.

Equipment and working principle

The experimental equipment is a small combined purification tank B of ecological polymer introduced from Japan by emerging companies. It belongs to separation contact type, and the purification tank has three chambers. The first chamber is used to receive fecal sewage accumulated and discharged from the toilet, and ferment and decompose it through the action of microorganisms, that is, decompose organic matter with high molecular weight into organic matter with low molecular weight; The function of the second chamber is to further decompose organic matter into water and CO2 gas; The task of the third room is to further decompose the organic matter with the help of the blower, so that the anaerobic bacteria disappear by themselves and the water body can be purified without pollution.

Test location: a public toilet

According to the actual situation of the construction of public toilets, the relevant departments will arrange test sites to conduct public toilets testing. In the early stage of the experiment, in addition to the normal use of public toilets, a certain amount of feces and urine was continuously added to the purification tank every day. After calculation, the treatment rate is satisfactory, reaching more than 80%.

The test center is located in the public toilet about 50 meters in front of the gate of Bank of Communications. Traffic is busy all day, and people come and go. Our experiment attracted many people to visit, and more than 80% of them reported that there was no odor. During the test, we monitored the odor intensity at the upper part of the purification tank about 1m by odor evaluation method, which proved that there was no odor and it met the requirements of environmental protection.

This experiment proves that the treatment of fecal sewage by microbial flora in ecological polymer solution can be carried out continuously all the year round. However, it should be noted that nitrifying bacteria in the eco-polymer solution will transform NH4-N into NO3-N, and NO3-N will be denitrified into N2 gas or fixed as microbial nitrogen by fungi. Therefore, this mechanism can also prove that the use of ecological polymer solution can effectively maintain or improve the N, P, K and organic nutrients in garbage. If this kind of garbage is screened and crushed into granular fertilizer, it is also an efficient and high-quality farm manure.

It treats organic matter dissolved in water. In order to prevent the temperature from being too low, it should be kept warm in winter.

The effective microbial flora in eco-polymer solution is used to treat fecal sewage, which is harmless to the surrounding environment, without sludge and odor. The main mechanism of deodorization is that in the third chamber, NH4-N is transformed into NO3-N by nitrifying bacteria, and it is fixed as microbial nitrogen by using NO3-N2 gas in the first and second chambers or other microbial bacteria (such as fungi). Therefore, the volatilization of NH4-N under alkaline conditions is greatly reduced, and the concentration of NH3 in the pond is reduced, so that people can't smell the bad smell.

Using microbial flora of ecological polymer solution to treat fecal sewage is a project with less investment, quick effect, no expansion of land occupation and easy management, which is easy to be popularized and applied in large and medium-sized cities. According to our estimation, the area of a septic tank can be used to build a purification tank, and the fund for building a septic tank plus 1/2 4t dung extractor can meet the fund for building a purification tank. The cost of maintaining the air pump and electricity on weekdays for microbial flora consuming ecological polymer liquid is only 0. 1% of the cost of a dung extractor. At the same time, due to the immobilization technology, microorganisms are highly concentrated, and it is possible for us to treat sewage by using genetic engineering to cultivate efficient microorganisms. Eco-polymers can solve the problem of water shortage and even turn toilet sewage into drinking water. There are many reports about the treatment of sewage by ecological polymers at home and abroad. Therefore, it is the purpose of our research to treat the waste liquid after biogas fermentation and the wastewater from biopharmaceutical factories by using ecological polymerization technology, so that they can basically meet the discharge standards and reduce the pollution of wastewater to the environment.

Five, the harmless treatment of kitchen waste

The best way to treat kitchen waste is to use ecological polymer fermentation material (Bokasi) and closed container for anaerobic fermentation, and make domestic waste such as vegetable residue and leftovers into high-quality compost. Fermented garbage will not give off stench, and the fertilizer made of it has remarkable fertilizer effect. At the same time, the oozing liquid is not only an effective liquid fertilizer, but also discharged into the sewer to remove the dirt in the pipeline and purify the water quality. These drains eventually flow into rivers, lakes and seas, which can also strengthen their self-purification function.

Second, the treatment method:

1, excess water hinders fermentation, so the garbage should be dried as much as possible, and fresh organic garbage such as eggshells and bones should be broken as much as possible, otherwise the air will easily enter when the space is large.

3. Compact the garbage, remove the air inside, cover it with plastic sheets, and then cover it tightly.

4. Continue to put garbage into plastic bags and tie them tightly every day. The liquid will gradually flow out of the trash can and must be extracted once every two to three days. If the liquid is transparent brown, the fermentation is successful. If the color is cloudy, the dosage of Pokasi should be increased.

5. After the garbage is filled, seal it for a week to make it mature. At the same time, use another bucket and repeat the above operation. In order to take turns to dispose of garbage, two garbage bins are needed.

6. The liquid produced by garbage fermentation is an excellent organic liquid fertilizer, which can be used to water flowers and scrub toilets and closestool. It can also be poured directly into the toilet to remove dirt and odor.

Third, the utilization of fermented waste compost:

Fermented garbage compost can be buried in flowerpots, but it can't touch the roots of plants and should be separated by soil.

The flowers cultivated by fermented garbage compost have well-developed roots, particularly fat plants, bright green leaves, full patterns and bright colors. The flowering period is prolonged by more than 1-2 times. Promoting flowers to protect flowers and fruits, the fruit setting rate can be improved a lot. Weeds in flower beds will not regenerate. All kinds of flowers can use fermented garbage compost, and the effect is excellent.

Four, the benefits of kitchen waste fermentation treatment:
