Theory of character and morality
● Being a person in advance is the principle of doing things; Making a career first is the principle of being a man. Do things without being a man, and you will never get things done; If you don't be a man, you will never be an adult!

● Six principles of being a man and doing things: First, keep your duty. Second, we must abide by the rules. Third, we must keep the time limit. Fourth, keep your promise. Fifth, pay attention to methods. Sixth, pay attention to the effect!

● Do things slowly, don't be too hasty and wrong; It's better to be stupid than to be too smart and fail. Doing things can fail, but being a man can't fail; You can fail in the past and not in the future!

Being a subordinate should be as humble as the earth; A person's supervisor should be as picky as the sea. Communicate with friends like a forest and be good at hiding everything; Getting along with the public is like water.

● Be a man and tell right and wrong, but don't care too much about interests; Be interested in doing things, but don't be too afraid of right and wrong. For people, look on the bright side and see the advantages; Think from a distance and look at the overall situation.

● Be a man: First, be strict with yourself and be lenient with others. Second, be modest and beautiful, and let more people fight less. Third, be kind to others and guard against arrogance and rashness. Fourth, we should help the poor. Fifth, treat people with sincerity and stay away from right and wrong.

● Being a man should be consistent inside and outside, and doing things should be integrated with knowing and doing; Match words with deeds and actions; Be consistent throughout your life and never be unfaithful through the ages.

● Competition, winning or losing; Status, up and down; Opportunities are good and bad; In life, there are gains and losses. Be a man, do your best and do things with ease!

● Remember three things in life: First, don't punish yourself with your own mistakes; Second, don't punish yourself with other people's mistakes; Don't punish others with your own mistakes!

● Big things don't mess, small things don't leak, take it when you should take it, and put it down when you should put it down. Being a man, knowing how to bear is courage, and letting go is wisdom!

● Innocence is the key to being a man, seriousness is the key to doing things, and ambition is the key to learning. Be an ambitious, knowledgeable, persevering and confident person. Do not live up to your reputation, do more practical things!

● Keep in mind three points: First, look at others with a telescope and look at yourself with a magnifying glass; Second, bow your head when accepting praise and raise your head when accepting criticism; Third, don't treat kindness as stupidity, and don't treat modesty as cowardice!

● We must firmly grasp three lines in life: First, the lifeline (policies and strategies); The second is the warning line (party discipline); The third is the high-voltage line (laws and regulations)!

● Do things, do good deeds, do good deeds and do useful things; Be a good person, be a good person, be a good person, be an excellent person. Do things, strive for diligence in work, and strive for Excellence in results; To be a man, you should have noble beliefs and self-discipline.

● Be a reasonable and intelligent person, be a happy person, be a dedicated and caring person, be a strong and patient person, be a harmonious and generous person, and be a * * * born earth person!

● The three essentials of being a man: First, we must clear our grievances, be bold and dare to fight. Second, we should have a broad vision, an open mind and a peaceful mind. Third, give people joy, hope, confidence and convenience!

● Respect parents, be kind to children, be generous to relatives and friends, and be polite to the public. Treat feelings with understanding; Treat friendship with a persistent heart!

● Be arrogant, arrogant, greedy and caring. Only by respecting others will we be solemn!

● Sit like a clock and be steady; If you stand loosely, you must stand upright; If you look like a mirror, you must be clear; To act like a lawyer, you must be polite; Audio-visual teaching will certainly benefit; Thoughts, such as flow, must be clear.

● Be professional and broad-minded. You can work part-time, but only full-time. Be an innocent person, do things with your heart, not seeking perfection, but seeking perfection!

● It is better to be a valuable person than to be a valuable person; It is better to be a busy person than to be an efficient person. People should not only live in the past, but also live happily in the future.

● Be self-reliant and don't be shaken by other people's words and deeds; One should respect oneself and not be discouraged by difficulties. Be confident in the face of setbacks and be proud in the face of failure!

● Being a man should strive for perfection in the field of learning; In the industrial and commercial society, we should communicate vertically and horizontally; Talking and laughing in interpersonal space; Peace of mind in loneliness!

● Don't move, there must be a way to move; If you don't talk nonsense, your words must be reasonable; Not demanding, seeking must be right; If you do nothing, you must do something right. Be a man: be reasonable, be a governor, know people and be well informed!

● Ten taboos for being a man: avoid vanity, laziness, arrogance, cruelty, greed, selfishness, dishonesty, evil persistence, disloyalty and lying.

● Honest people win, hardworking people win, modest people win, benevolent people win, Dagong wins, honest people win, loyal ministers win, trustworthy people win, and harmonious people win.

● Foresight is a kind of wisdom. Knowing oneself is a kind of maturity. Knowing others clearly is a kind of accomplishment!

● Be sensible, sensible and content. Knowing reason means knowing the truth of being a man and grasping the duty of being a man; Proper limit is to grasp the discretion and be able to relax; Contentment means not being captured by material desires and being content with doing nothing!

People often say, "Be a man first, then do things". It can be seen how important it is to be a man. What is life? In the final analysis, it is the morality that we should stick to when we live in this world.

Be honest and upright. It is to be honest and trustworthy, honest and open-minded, which is also the basic moral principle of being a man. The ancients said: "If you don't believe it, you can stand, and you can't be sincere." This is a fact.

Use talents to help morality. There is a good saying: "Virtue is the only talent, and it is Tokunosuke." In today's information explosion, people without talent and knowledge will first appear weak.

Accumulate virtue with small things. One should take doing great things and establishing great virtues as the ultimate goal of struggle, but it should not be used as an excuse to ignore small things, otherwise, doing great things will become empty talk because of small things, and doing small things will lack diligence and patience and accumulation.

Be a man before you do anything.

There is a popular saying: be a man first, then do things.

No matter entrepreneurs, businessmen, politicians or ordinary people, they all like to quote this sentence when facing different situations. It reflects the practice and thinking of all social strata on how to be a man, how to be a good person and the pursuit of kindness.

In fact, being a man and doing things are inseparable. In the process of doing what the human body is doing, the purpose of doing things is to make people do more valuable. The two are mutual conditions and preconditions. The focus of this sentence is "being a man" and the carrier is "doing things". If the carrier is removed, people can only walk. What is the difference with vegetarians? I'm afraid I can't do anything well without the basic principles of being a man.

There are usually two kinds of people who are very sympathetic. First, people say that they are "good people, but they have no skills"; The second is "capable, but too bad." The former, who works with heart and treats others sincerely, is limited to lack of knowledge, weak understanding, weak execution, low efficiency, low success rate and frequent mistakes; The latter, smart and capable, has the ability to do things, and there is no lack of courage, but it is too subjective and doesn't care much about other people's feelings. Sometimes they infringe on the interests of others with selfishness and make enemies by doing things. In the former, others accepted the sincerity of doing things, but the result of things denied being a man and being pitiful; The latter rose to the principle of social life, directly denying the feeling of being a man and doing nothing. Thankless, even more pitiful.

Both kinds of people are losers, and the key is not to handle the relationship between being a man and doing things well. Everyone understands this truth, but it is not satisfactory and painful to handle it.

This kind of distress is accompanied by the whole process of the development of human society, which is the distress of present people and the thinking of ancient people. More than 2,000 years ago, when Confucius roamed the land of the Central Plains in the snowy winter of Wan Li, it was this problem that he discussed most with his students. Confucius put forward three criteria for dealing with people: virtue, merit and virtue. First-class "virtue" is to set an example of moral education in the process of doing things; Second-class "meritorious service" is to achieve the cause and seek welfare for the public; The second kind of "statement" is to explore and establish norms for doing things. In this "three-stand" life, Confucius added one of the most important elements in the process of doing things: the third party-other people related to your life and work. See if you use morality to motivate him, bring him benefits, and give him guidance and warning on the code of conduct. This indicates an important principle of being a man and doing things, the principle of "altruism".

On the basis of this principle, Confucius also put forward the words "Gong, Kuan, Xin, Min and Hui" as the essence. Respect people will not be disrespected by others, tolerance will be supported by others, credibility will be trusted by others, positive work will be completed with the help of others, and others can also mobilize their own human resources to achieve their careers sincerely. Another principle has been added, the principle of selflessness.

Our distress stems from our indifference to history. In the requirement of "being a man first, then doing things", there should be principles as the soul. Confucius has told his students in the snowstorm. If, from now on, all of us are willing to accept the distant guidance from two thousand years ago, and add the principles of "selflessness" and "altruism" in the process of dealing with the relationship between being a man and doing things, then we will be selfless in being a man, altruistic in doing things, and people and things will be integrated into one, and there will be more and more capable good people.
