1. Open a wps document with page numbers.

2. Find the Page Number option in the Insert menu bar.

3. Click the "Page Number" tool button to pop up the page insertion position option.

4. We choose footer and center format here.

5. This page has a page number, but it needs to be further set.

6. Click the "Page Number Setting" button to open the page number setting interface and select the page number style.

7. After setting the page number style, click OK.

8. Double-click the left mouse button in the blank area of wps document to exit the page number setting interface and complete the operation.
