The main steps of graduation thesis

1, choose a good topic

What kind of paper topic is good? According to our years of ghostwriting experience, a good topic should meet three points:

(1) is related to your major (research direction), which is the most basic requirement of topic selection, and I believe everyone can understand it;

(2) There are abundant references related to the topic, which is to ensure that more documents can be found in later writing. Don't choose a topic with almost no relevant research literature in pursuit of paper innovation (unless you put forward a brand-new achievement or theory), so it will be very difficult to write a paper in the future.

(3) The topic is innovative.

The graduation thesis of this junior college does not require much innovation in topic selection. It only needs to make the research scope smaller, and there is no need to choose a wide range of topics. For example, if the scope of the topic of "Enterprise Management Research" is too large, it can be appropriately reduced to "Research on Human Resource Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and "Research on the Current Situation of Salary Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in X City".

For master's and doctoral thesis topics, it is generally related to the main direction of your research, and then make appropriate changes on the basis of the existing thesis topics. For example, you are studying a subject related to motor, and a master wrote a paper entitled "Design of motor parameter test system based on type A single chip microcomputer". Your subject can be named "Design of DC motor speed measurement system based on type B single chip microcomputer". This topic selection strategy is to ensure that the topic is not repeated with others, and

If you can communicate with your tutor after choosing a topic, you'd better confirm with your tutor before starting the follow-up work. Otherwise, I will start rashly, and finally the tutor thinks the topic is not good, so it will be in trouble.

Step 2 collect literature

Collect a large number of research documents related to the subject. The main purpose of collecting and reading literature is to see what other people's research ideas are on this subject. For graduation thesis, it is best to look at some existing research ideas, in fact, in order to properly "learn" from other people's research frameworks.

3. Draw up an outline

Combined with my own topic, I draw up my own writing outline on the basis of full reference to existing literature. When drafting the outline, it should be noted that the determination of each subtitle in the outline should fully consider whether you are capable of completing the corresponding content. When we undertake the graduation thesis business, we often encounter the outline drawn up by the students themselves, but we are unable to complete it ourselves, which is undoubtedly digging a hole for ourselves.

Just like a topic, after you finish writing the outline, you'd better send it to your tutor first, make modifications and adjustments according to the tutor's opinions, and then start making the content after you finally decide, otherwise your tutor will be in trouble after you finish writing the content according to the outline.

4. Fill in the contents and complete the first draft.

Fill in the contents according to the determined outline. In the process of filling in the content, although the content of the existing research literature can't be directly copied and pasted (because the repetition rate can't pass), it can be used for reference, and then some of its own things can be added appropriately, which will reduce the workload and make the writing less difficult than pure originality.

5. Revise and finalize according to the tutor's opinion.

After the first draft comes out, send it to the tutor. Graduation thesis often needs to be revised several times according to the tutor's opinion before it can be finalized, and the tutor will agree to sign it for you to participate in the defense. You must be patient in the process of reviewing. As long as there are no major problems in the paper, it is normal to make partial revisions and improvements.
