1.SCI or SSCI searches the source journals for the first time, A & amp； HCI search source journals or 1 papers and above published by China social sciences;

2.SCI retrieval source journals, the first journal in the second field, or the journal reprinted by Xinhua Digest or the first journals in all disciplines of CSSCI source journals published 3 or more papers.

4. Won the first prize of provincial and ministerial teaching award (higher education teaching achievement award) or scientific research award (natural science award, technological invention award, scientific and technological progress award, outstanding achievement award of philosophy and social sciences) or the top three invention patent awards.

Dr. B has achieved a high level of scientific research, has a solid basic teaching skills, and meets one of the following conditions.

1. Excellent doctor who belongs to the disciplines and majors in short supply listed in the talent directory of xx College;

2. Excellent doctors urgently needed by key construction disciplines in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of the school;

3. Being classified as a Class A major, an outstanding doctor in urgent need.

Doctor C:

Excellent doctoral students in applied technology or non-A majors urgently needed by the school's transformation and development have achieved high-level scientific research results and solid teaching basic skills.
