They carefully organized and studied the Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education (Trial), adapted to the requirements of the development of the times, constantly updated their educational concepts and put them into practice, and appointed a leader to be responsible for scientific research in kindergartens. Kindergarten leaders take the lead in scientific research and writing papers, often attend lectures and comments, and participate in working meetings of research projects and scientific research groups. Zhang Chunfeng, secretary of the Party branch, is the leader of the autonomous region's Class C project "Research on Developing Children's Creativity in Art Activities".
