Contents and requirements of graduation thesis

Cover information. The cover information includes the name of the school and the full name of the undergraduate graduation thesis, the title of the graduation thesis, the personal information of the students, the information of the instructors, and the completion time of the thesis.
Cover format. The cover format is designed by the school. Title, name, student number, grade, major, place, teacher's name, etc. On the cover, there is also the completion time of the paper. It is best to print and fill in the cover, and the contents of all items should be arranged neatly and beautifully.

Content: It is used to guide teachers' comments and comments on this paper.
Author statement
Statement content. The author's statement is the public statement and commitment of the copyright owner of the paper to the intellectual property rights formed and used by the paper and the corresponding legal responsibilities that may arise. Its contents include the text of the sentence and the author's personal information (major, student number, name and time). The contents of the author's statement are uniformly drawn up by the school.
Declaration format. The author's statement should be on a separate page, with the words "Author's statement" in bold and centered, and the line after the first paragraph (it is recommended to use word software to define "format"-"paragraph"-"spacing"-"before and after the paragraph", and it is not appropriate to use blank lines to enter, the same below), and there is no punctuation at the end. The contents of the author's statement are uniformly drawn up by the school, and the number four is Song Ti.
The statement came into effect. This statement is valid only if the author of the paper signs his name in Chinese. Time is best written by hand.
Title and signature of the paper
Title arrangement. The title, signature and completion time of graduation thesis are set on another page after the "Author's Statement" page.

Chinese abstracts and keywords
Abstract content. It is a brief statement of the content of the paper, which should reflect the main information of the paper as much as possible, including research significance, purpose, methods, achievements and important conclusions. Abstract has relative independence and integrity, and there should be no charts and notes in it, so it has independence and integrity. If the abstract of a paper needs to be expressed in different levels, it should generally be expressed in words rather than numbers. The number of Chinese abstracts is generally 200 words.
Summary format. The Chinese abstract should be on a separate page. There are two spaces between the word "abstract". The second one is in italics, occupying one line, in the middle, and one line after the first paragraph, with no punctuation at the end. Keyword content. Chinese keywords are nouns that reflect the theme of papers and are important information in literature retrieval. Keywords should be common words, and self-made keywords are not allowed. Generally, there are 3 ~ 5 keywords, which are arranged from high to low according to their extension level (subject catalog classification).
Keyword format. Chinese "keywords" should be placed in the next natural paragraph of the "abstract" text. "Keyword" is preceded by two spaces, the second style is bold, followed by a colon ":",and each keyword is in the fourth style, followed by a semicolon ";" Separate, one line before the paragraph.

Directory content. The contents of the table of contents should be well-defined, and completely consistent with the theme order and the level of the title content of the text. It mainly includes introduction (or introduction, introduction), text (generally only to the second-level title, that is, articles and paragraphs), conclusion (or conclusion), main references, appendices and postscript.
Directory format. The directory should be set on a separate page. There are two spaces between the word "directory". main body
The main body of the paper consists of three main parts: introduction (or introduction, introduction), main body of the paper and conclusion (or conclusion), with a total of not less than 5000 words. The basic requirements of the three main parts are as follows:
Introduction (optional). The introduction part of the paper mainly explains the purpose and significance of the topic, a brief review of relevant literature at home and abroad, and the main contents of the paper. As the main part of the paper, it is required to be closely related to the theme, with clear hierarchy, strong logic, concise words, smooth expression, proper use of punctuation marks, standardized grammar, standardized charts, neat and beautiful, accurate quotations and prominent points.
Conclusion (optional). The conclusion part is a summary of the whole paper, which should explain the work and main conclusions of the paper in concise words, and also involve the limitations of the research and the problems that need further study. Conclusion It should not be too long in general. It can be arranged into a single article with two spaces between the word "conclusion", but there is no preface before the title, and the specification requires the same article. If the postscript is not long, the word "postscript" can be omitted, but the postscript can be written in a natural paragraph after the text (such as summary ……), but there should be a blank line before the paragraph.

Adult undergraduate thesis must have more than eight notes.
Scope of comments. The annotations in this paper are mainly used in the following three aspects: (1) directly quoting annotations. That is, the explanation of the source when quoting others' original words and the data contained in relevant materials. (2) Indirect reference notes. That is, the explanation of the source when absorbing other people's views in the text. (3) Notes on the content description.
