Liu Yu, male, 1955, born in Beijing, vice president and professor of School of Economics and Management, Beijing Information Science and Technology University. He has been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of quality management for a long time, and concurrently serves as director of china association for quality, executive director of China Machinery Quality Management Association, member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Quality Management and Quality Assurance, and member of Beijing Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Evaluation Committee.

Over the years, we have devoted ourselves to the research on the frontier topics of quality management and undertaken a number of national and provincial scientific research projects. His main works include Customer Satisfaction Assessment, Theory and Practice of Knowledge Management, and Intermediary Agency for Appraisal of Scientific and Technological Achievements. He once served as the deputy editor-in-chief of Modern Quality Management and Introduction to Modern Enterprise Management, the national planning textbook of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Education, and published more than 30 academic papers. In 2005, he won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award; In 2007, he won the first prize of national commercial science and technology progress; In 2008, he won the second prize of the 10th Excellent Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Beijing. In 2008, he won the first prize of Beijing Education and Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education).
