3. Remarkable teaching achievements: having the ability to guide and carry out education and teaching research, making remarkable achievements in curriculum reform and teaching methods, and making outstanding achievements in the innovative practice of quality education.

Teaching and research work

Have strong teaching and scientific research ability, and be good at summarizing, inducing and reflecting in education and teaching practice. Since assuming the present position, one of the following conditions must be met:

1, officially published monograph or translation.

2. Independent publication of more than 2 professional education and teaching papers in municipal and above public publications (at least 1 paper was published in provincial and above publications, or won the third prize and above in the paper appraisal organized by provincial and above education authorities, education societies and seminars).

3.
