The difference between employment and publishing
The difference between employment and publication: employment means that a magazine sends an employment notice to the author, mainly in the form of mail or e-mail, informing the author that the magazine agrees to hire an article. Publication is a link after the article has been revised repeatedly to meet the publication requirements.

Papers generally have to go through three reviews and three schools. The third trial is generally the first trial, the external trial, the final trial and the external trial are sometimes blind. This is a process that must be experienced because of the rigorous attitude towards academics.

The preliminary examination is generally completed by the editor of the manuscript. From the soft and hard indicators, we can see whether the paper meets the publishing standards and is suitable for publication in this journal. Undergraduate students want to vote for core journals, but they can't even pass the preliminary examination because the hardware will be unqualified.

External evaluation or blind evaluation is conducted by experts hired by the magazine, mainly for professional inspection of the content of the paper. If the author's paper has serious mistakes in professional knowledge, or the whole topic is not established at all, it will be brushed off at this level.

Finally, there is a final stage. The final stage is reviewed by the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine. At this stage, the appropriateness of periodicals is mainly examined from the general direction, such as the policy, management and theme of periodicals. But if there is basically no big problem at this stage, it will not be demolished. Sometimes it will be removed because of layout adjustment, so the publication will be delayed under normal circumstances.

So when will the employment notice be issued? After the preliminary review, the editor of the preliminary review will check the copy and conduct a basic review. After finding that there are no problems, the employment notice can be issued, but this does not mean that you can sit back and relax, because it may be rejected at the time of external review or final review.

Therefore, employment is only a part of publishing, which does not mean that you can finally see publishing. Seeing publication is proof of publication, but it does not mean the completion of the whole publication process, which is probably the case.
